| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado consiste en el desarrollo de una aplicación Webdiseñada con el fin de apoyar al Colegio Nuestra Señora de Fátima(Colfatima), Bucaramanga, en los procesos relacionados con el manejo y elcontrol de los elementos pertenecientes al almacén de suministro de lainstitución. La aplicación fue desarrollada con tecnología de software librepara funcionar bajo una red interna y de este modo brindar la informaciónrequerida por los usuarios.Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se utilizó la metodología del modelo deprototipado evolutivo, dado que se ajustaba a las necesidades que tenían lainstitución de poseer cuanto antes un prototipo funcional del sistema e irevolucionando a medida que se avanzaba en el proyecto,hastasatisfacercompletamentelosrequerimientospreviamenteestablecidos.Parala representacióndelsistema deinventarioseutilizoel LenguajeModelado Unificado (UML),losinformesy consultas son generadosenarchivosPDF mediantelaherramientaFPDF, loscualespueden serimpresoso guardados segúnlas necesidadesdelusuario. El uso de la aplicación estará a cargo del personal perteneciente a la Coordinación de Servicios y Apoyo, a quienes la aplicación suministrará la información correspondiente a los movimientos del inventario que se realizan en la institución. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present graduation work consists on the development of an application Web designed with the purpose of supporting in the Colegio Nuestra Señora de Fátima (Colfatima), Bucaramanga, in the processes related with the handling and the control of the elements belonging to the warehouse of supply of the institution. The application was developed with technology of free software to work under an internal net and this way to offer the information required by the users. For the development of this project the methodology of the pattern of evolutionary prototyped was used, since it was adjusted to the necessities that had the institution of to possess a functional prototype of the system as soon as possible and to go evolving as you advanced in the project, until satisfying completely the previously established requirements. For the representation of the inventory system you uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the reports and consultations are generated in files PDF by means of the tool FPDF, which can be printed or kept according to the user's necessities. The use of the application will be in charge of the personnel belonging to the Coordination of Services and Support to who the application will give the information corresponding to the movements of the inventory that they are carried out in the institution. | |
