dc.description.abstract	La Construcción y puesta en servicio del proyecto Hidroeléctrico Sogamoso, por parte de ISAGEN, ubicado en el departamento de Santander, requiere de la ocupación de 7000 hectáreas para el embalse del río Sogamoso, dentro de las cuáles existen áreas ocupadas por 283 familias, población que deberá reasentarse en 4 predios y en soluciones individuales, en un área no menor a 5 hectáreas por familia, donde se construirá una vivienda que tenga como mínimo las mismas condiciones previas al traslado, con servicios domiciliarios básicos y la oportunidad de tener acueductos, vías de acceso y escuelas que garanticen una mejor calidad de vida de las familias reubicadas. Para este desarrolló, ISAGEN diseñó el proyecto de restitución de las condiciones de vida y sustitución de infraestructura, con el compromiso ante la comunidad de entregar las viviendas antes de que inicie el llenado del embalse, para lo cual es necesario supervisar, controlar y hacer seguimiento a algunos aspectos como avances de obra, presupuesto, rendimientos y especificaciones técnicas, temas en los cuáles se desarrolló la práctica y que se describen en el presente documento Adicionalmente se investigó acerca de los factores que influyen en el potencial expansivo de los suelos, la forma y los estudios mediante los cuales se identifican, y el manejo y control que se realizó en la construcción de las viviendas que estaban ubicadas sobre este tipo de suelo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The construction and commissióning of Sogamoso Hydroelectric Project, by ISAGEN, in the department of Santander, requires the occupation of 7000 hectares for the reservoir of the Sogamoso River, in which there are áreas occupied by 283 families, a population that must be resettled in 4 plots and individual solutions in an área not less than 5 hectares per family, where it will build a home that has at least the same conditions prior to the removal, with basic household services and the opportunity to have aqueducts, access roads and schools to ensure a better quality of the relocated families. For this process, ISAGEN designed the project return of the living conditions and infrastructure replacement, with a commitment with the community to deliver the houses before it starts filling the reservoir, which it is necessary to monitor, control and track some aspects such as work progress, budget, performance and technical specifications, áreas in which the practicum was developed and are described in this document. Additionally it was investigated about the factors that influence the expansive potential of the soil, the form and the studies by means of which they identify, and the management and control that was made in the construction of the houses that were located on this type of soil.
