dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo entregar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo a la empresa PANELES ESTRUCTURALES S.A.S. FORMADCOL para los equipos ubicados en el área de producción de encofrado metálico. El desarrollo del proyecto comienza con la recopilación de información relevante y el diagnóstico del mantenimiento actual de la empresa mediante la aplicación de una auditoria que muestra las fortalezas y debilidades de la empresa en esta área. Se modifica la codificación utilizada para ser remplazada por una que cumpla lo estipulado en la norma ISO 14224, la cual mediante el código ayuda a la ubicación del activo dentro de la planta. Posteriormente para el desarrollo del plan de mantenimiento se efectúa un análisis de Pareto, con el que se busca detectar los equipos que más afectan a la producción con base en la cantidad de fallas que presentan. Una vez ubicados estos activos se implementa la metodología del proceso de análisis jerárquico (AHP) sobre los subsistemas de los equipos críticos, para el diseño del plan y las diferentes intervenciones sobre estos. Establecido el plan de mantenimiento se procede a la selección y puesta a punto del sistema de información más adecuado para las necesidades de la empresa y se efectúa un análisis de costos para evaluar los resultados del proyecto y su viabilidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project has the purpose to deliver a preventive maintenance plan to the company PANELES ESTRUCTURALES S.A.S. FORMADCOL for the equipment located in the production area of metallic formwork. The development of the project begins with the collection of relevant information and the diagnosis of the current maintenance of the company with the application of an audit that shows the strengths and weaknesses of the company in this area. The coding used is replaced by one that meets the needs stipulated in ISO 14224 standard, which helps by means of the code to the location of the machine within the plant. Later, for the development of the maintenance plan, a Pareto analysis is carried out, that helps to detect the equipment that most affect the production, based on the number of failures that they present. Once these equipments are located, the methodology of the hierarchical analysis process (AHP) is implemented on the subsystems of the critical equipment, for the design of the plan and the different interventions on these. Once the maintenance plan has been established, the selection and development of the most appropriate information system for the needs of the company is carried out and a cost analysis is development to evaluate the results of the project and its viability.
