dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado describe el proceso de apoyo técnico, administrativo y operativo desarrollado en la Secretaría de Planeación e Infraestructura Física del municipio de Landázuri, Santander, durante un periodo de cuatro meses. El propósito central del proyecto fue contribuir al fortalecimiento de la gestión territorial y de la supervisión de obras de infraestructura mediante actividades de campo, análisis documental y actualización de información estratégica para la administración municipal. Dentro de las labores realizadas se incluyó la supervisión de obras en ejecución, entre ellas la instalación y puesta en funcionamiento de una Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales (PTAR) en el barrio La Curva, el acompañamiento a los mejoramientos locativos de la Estación de Policía y la verificación del avance en vías terciarias rurales. Paralelamente, se adelantó la revisión, organización y actualización de expedientes de licencias urbanísticas, certificados de uso del suelo y documentos de estratificación socioeconómica. Estas tareas también involucraron visitas conjuntas con la Policía Nacional para la identificación y reporte de construcciones ilegales, fortaleciendo así las acciones de control urbano. De manera complementaria, se apoyó la consolidación del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT) mediante la integración de nueva información cartográfica, la elaboración de planos y la identificación de áreas críticas que requieren intervención municipal. El proyecto permitió mejorar procesos institucionales clave, optimizar la organización de bases de datos y generar insumos técnicos relevantes para la toma de decisiones. En conjunto, este trabajo representa una contribución significativa a la planificación local, al control urbano y al desarrollo ordenado del territorio, articulando de forma efectiva los conocimientos académicos con la experiencia práctica adquirida en campo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document presents the technical, administrative, and field activities developed during the professional practice carried out in the Planning and Physical Infrastructure Office of Landázuri, Santander. The purpose of the project was to strengthen the municipality’s capacity for territorial management and infrastructure supervision through systematic field inspections, documentary analysis, and the updating of technical and cartographic information. The work involved the supervision of several infrastructure projects, including the installation and operational verification of a compact Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in the La Curva neighborhood, the monitoring of improvement works in the Municipal Police Station, and the assessment of progress on rural tertiary roads. These activities ensured compliance with technical specifications, construction standards, and municipal planning guidelines. Additionally, the project included the review, organization, and updating of urban planning documentation, such as building permits, land-use certificates, and socioeconomic stratification records. Joint inspections conducted with the National Police contributed to the identification and reporting of illegal constructions, reinforcing territorial control processes. The practice also supported the update of the Municipal Land-Use Plan (POT) by integrating field data, cartographic information, and technical analysis, resulting in updated maps and the identification of priority areas for intervention. Overall, this project provided valuable tools for decision-making, strengthened institutional processes, and contributed to the orderly and sustainable development of the municipality, combining academic knowledge with practical experience in real territorial management contexts.
