dc.description.abstract	La secretaría de planeación municipal de Rionegro Santander tiene varias funciones en la que destaca velar por la legalidad de los proyectos de construcción bien sea obra nueva, remodelación o ampliación de las estructuras existentes en el territorio municipal, llevando un control exigente en los procesos de licencias de construcción informando a los ciudadanos de forma clara y anticipada del proceso legal de dichos trámites. La secretaria de planeación actúa como la primera autoridad del municipio en términos de construcción, movimientos de tierras o subdivisiones de terreno público o privado acogiéndose siempre a las normas vigentes en la constitución. El objetivo final de este informe es documentar las diferentes actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en la secretaría de planeación del Municipio de Rionegro Santander. De forma especial las funciones realizadas como auxiliar de ingeniería en las cuales predomina la ayuda en la revisión de planos estructurales de los proyectos en estudio por la Alcaldía y el apoyo técnico en los procesos legales de licencias de construcción solicitados en el municipio de Rionegro Santander, así como el apoyo en la elaboración de informes de visitas de inspección para evidenciar la legalidad de las construcciones urbanas y rurales del municipio, en el transcurso de la práctica empresarial surgieron algunas actividades secundarias relacionadas con la ingeniería civil buscando siempre encontrar la mejor solución para cubrir las necesidades de las comunidades más vulnerables del municipio.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The municipal planning secretary of Rionegro Santander has several functions in which it is important to ensure the legality of the construction projects, whether it be new construction, remodeling or expansion of the existing structures in the municipal territory, taking a demanding control in the construction licensing processes informing the citizens in a clear and anticipated way of the legal process of said formalities. The planning secretary acts as the first authority of the municipality in terms of construction, earth movements or subdivisions of public or private ground, always adhering to the current standards in the constitution. The final objective of this report is to document the different activities performed out during the business practice in the planning secretary of the Municipality of Rionegro Santander. In a special way, the functions performed as an engineering assistant in which the assistance in the revision of structural plans of the projects advanced by the Town hall and the technical support in the legal processes of construction licenses requested in the municipality of Rionegro Santander, as well as the support in the elaboration of reports of inspection visits to demonstrate the legality of the urban and rural constructions of the municipality, in the course of business practice, some secondary activities related to civil engineering emerged, always seeking to find the best solution to cover the needs of the most vulnerable communities in the municipality.
