dc.description.abstract	La búsqueda del bienestar del ser humano obliga a los gobiernos locales, regionales y nacionales a satisfacer las necesidades de primera mano que los habitantes de las sociedades puedan tener, siendo el agua una de éstas por ser un líquido imprescindible para cualquier tipo de vida. Por esta razón y por la importancia de cuidar los ríos que son precisamente quienes nos proveen de tan indispensable líquido es necesaria la construcción de los sistemas de alcantarillado sanitario, los cuales tienen como fin la conducción de las aguas residuales a plantas de tratamiento para que éstas eviten el vertimiento de las aguas negras sobre las fuentes hídricas, además deben construirse sistemas de alcantarillado pluvial con el fin de evitar inundaciones producto de la escorrentía de las aguas lluvias sobre las poblaciones más vulnerables. Basándome en la experiencia que tuve como residente de interventoría identifiqué cuales son las falencias en la ejecución de éste tipo de proyectos, realizando un método de control antes, durante y después de la obra. Por tal razón en el presente manual se enmarca la responsabilidad no sólo del ingeniero constructor sino de aquel encargado de la supervisión de ésta, entendiendo que se están cuidando los intereses de una comunidad. En este documento se mencionan los principales procedimientos y lineamientos a tener en cuenta para ejercer un correcto control de calidad en la construcción de sistemas de alcantarillado pluvial y sanitario, para que sirva como herramienta guía a los futuros ingenieros.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The search for human well-being requires local, regional and national needs first hand that the inhabitants of the companies may have, water being one of them being a liquid essential to all life. For this reason and the importance of protecting the rivers that are the very persons who provide us with as indispensable liquid is necessary to construct sanitary sewer systems, which are aimed at the conduct of wastewater treatment plants so that they prevent the dumping of sewage on water sources, in addition to be constructed storm sewer systems to avoid flooding the product of storm water runoff on the most vulnerable populations. Based on my experience as a resident of auditing which are the weaknesses identified in the implementation of this type of project, performing a method of control before, during and after work. For this reason in this manual is part of the responsibility not only of but his construction engineer responsible for the oversight, understanding that you are caring for the interests of a community. This document mentioned the main procedures and guidelines to take into account in exercising proper quality control in the construction of storm sewer systems and sanitary, to serve as a guiding tool for future engineers.
