| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado en modalidad práctica empresarial, presenta las actividades de apoyo en la implementación, ajustes, pruebas e implantación al producto VISION CRM1 propiedad de la Empresa Visión Ingeniería Ltda. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se aplicaron en diferentes escalas los conocimientos de ingeniería de software, auditoria de sistemas, base de datos y herramientas cliente servidor. VISION CRM está desarrollado en FORMS y REPORTS 6i con motor de base de datos 10g, el principal objetivo de este sistema es permitir a las empresas tener un mayor conocimiento de sus clientes y de las relaciones que mantienen con ellos, a través del registro de las preferencias, comportamientos y características de cada uno de ellos, el seguimiento a las actividades o campañas realizadas, análisis de la información histórica e identificación de clientes potencias. En la práctica se realizaron actividades como apoyo en las modificaciones a Formas y reportes ya existentes en el producto y la creación de nuevas interfaces según los requerimientos presentados para la implementación de este sistema. Se finaliza con la realización de pruebas de funcionalidad y documentación a las diferentes opciones que son ajustadas o desarrolladas para su implantación en la empresa que hará uso de él. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work of degree in the form of enterprise practice, shows the support work in the implementation, adjustments, tests and implantation of the product VISION CRM2 product of the company Vision Ingenieria Ltda. During the development of this project the knowledge of software engineering, audit of systems, base of data, and tools client-server was applied at different levels. VISION CRM was developed in FORMS and REPORTS 6i with engine of base of data 10g, the main objective of this system is to let companies have a greater knowledge of their clients and their relationship with them through the recording of their preferences, behaviors and characteristics of each of them, following to activities and campaigns made, analysis of historic information and identification of potential clients. In this enterprise practice activities like support in the modification of forms and reports already existing in the product and the creation of new interfaces according to the requirements present for the implementation of this system were made. It is finalized with the making of functionality tests and documentation to the different options that are adjusted or developed for their implantation in the company that will use it. | |
