dc.description.abstract	El maltrato infantil o abuso y la violencia intrafamiliar VIF., son fenómenos sociales que vulneran los derechos de los niños/as y adolescentes (menores de edad); afectando en múltiples aspectos, formas y áreas del desarrollo biopsicosocial del menor de edad. Además, limita, obstaculiza y niega el ejercicio y práctica de los derechos de éstos. Por consiguiente, el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar ICBF., y bajo el lineamiento de la política nacional ﬁConstrucción de Paz y Convivencia Familiar Haz Paz, implementa a través de este ente nacional y los Centros Zonales del ICBF., la estrategia metodológica del Observatorio Infancia y Familia OIF., buscando e incidiendo con ello, conocer la realidad social sobre la vulneración de los derechos de los niños, niñas, adolescentes o jóvenes y la familia, en su entorno social local y la protección integral de la infancia, niñez, adolescencia y familia. El contexto social donde se efectuó el proyecto del Observatorio Infancia y Familia OIF., es en el municipio de Lebrija, departamento de Santander. Esta investigación está insertada en el Observatorio Infancia y Familia OIF.. El estudio, es una investigación social de enfoque cualitativo, en la modalidad del interaccionismo simbólico, cuyo énfasis es, buscar la comprensión de los imaginarios y percepciones sobre la vulneración de los derechos de los niños/as y adolescentes Lebrijenses; bajo el marco teórico del Modelo Ecológico.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The infantile abuse or I abuse and the violence inside family VIF., they are social phenomena that the rights of the children™s and adolescents harm (smaller than age); affecting under age in multiple aspects, forms and areas of the development bio psycho social of the. Also, it limits, it blocks and he/she denies the exercise and practice of the rights of these. Consequently, the Colombian Institute of Family Well-being ICBF., and under the national politics™ limit "Construction of Peace and Family Coexistence Make Peace", it implements through this national entity and the Zone Canters of the ICBF., the methodological strategy of the Observatory Childhood and Family OIF., looking for and impacting with it, to know the social reality on the vulneration of the rights of the children, girls, adolescents or youths and the family, in their local social environment and the integral protection of the childhood, childhood, adolescence and family. The social context where it was made the project of the Observatory Childhood and Family OIF., it is in the municipality of Lebrija, department of Santander. This investigation is inserted in the Observatory Childhood and Family OIF.. The study is a social investigation of qualitative focus, in the modality of the symbolic interaction whose emphasis is, to look for the understanding of the imaginary ones and perceptions on the vulneration of the rights of the children™s and adolescent Lebrijenses; under the theoretical mark of the Ecological Model.
