dc.description.abstract	El programa de administración de mantenimiento, permitirá a la empresa C.I.DUGOTEX. S. Abordar el mantenimiento de los equipos del área de teñido de forma eficiente. El acceso a la información de forma confiable, rápida y fácil colaborará a la competitividad del departamento. Aportando así una herramienta más para su crecimiento como empresa comprometida con las tecnologías de ingeniería en la industria. El desarrollo del proyecto se dividió de la siguiente forma: Identificación del área de teñido, descripción de su organización, sus objetivos y formas de trabajo. Reconocimiento, inventario de máquinas activas, diagnóstico, recopilación de información de los equipos y carga de información de los equipos a la plataforma del software. La metodología que se implementó para jerarquizar las maquinas en el área de teñido fue el análisis de criticidad. Para esto se consultó a los técnicos y operarios de cada una de las maquinas involucradas, por medio de una Encuesta así logramos generar resultados confiable encontrando 8 máquinas críticas y 15 subsistemas. Finalmente se generó el programa de mantenimiento para los equipos críticos, que contiene toda la información y análisis realizados a los equipos mejorando la proyección que tiene la empresa para competir nacional e internacionalmente siendo más productiva en todos los departamentos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The program of administration of maintenance, it will allow to the company C.I.DUGOTEX. S. To approach the maintenance of the equipments of the area of dyeing of efficient form. The access to the information of reliable, rapid and easy form will contribute to the competitiveness of the department. Contributing this way one more tool for his growth as company compromised with the technologies of engineering in the industry. The development of the project divided of the following form: Identification of the area of dyeing, description of his organization, his aims and forms of work. Recognition, inventory of active machines, diagnosis, summary of information of the equipments and load of information of the equipments to the platform of the software. The methodology was implemented to prioritise the machines in the area of had was the criticality analysis. For this is consulted to technicians and operators of each of the machines involved, by means of a survey that was how we generate results reliable finding 8 critical machines and 15 subsystems. Finally the program of maintenance was generated for the critical equipments, which it contains all the information and analyses realized to the equipments improving the projection that has the company to compete native and internationally being more productive in all the departments.
