dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo describe la metodología y desarrollo de la práctica empresarial realizada en la constructora INNOVA S.A.S, empresa que durante más de 11 años se ha dedicado a crear, desarrollar y comercializar proyectos de vivienda en el departamento de Santander. Las actividades se realizaron bajo el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería y estuvieron enfocadas en el apoyo a la supervisión técnica, realizando seguimiento y control en la programación de obra, supervisando los procesos constructivos de los elementos estructurales del proyecto y verificando el uso de elementos de protección personal en los trabajadores. Las actividades de elaboración, seguimiento y control en la programación de obra se enfocaron en los rendimientos del personal de estructura y coordinación del personal de aseo del proyecto. Las actividades como auxiliar de supervisión técnica estuvieron dirigidas al control de planos, diseños, especificaciones técnicas, materiales y procesos verificación del uso de elementos de protección personal se realizaron a lo largo de todas las actividades durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial con el apoyo y asesoramiento de la ingeniera SISO del proyecto. agregando los nuevos avances y metodologías que ha implementado la empresa para la ejecución de sus proyectos de construcción. Se menciona que las labores fueron desarrolladas satisfactoriamente bajo la orientación y aprobación de profesionales
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work describes the methodology and development of the internship carried out at the construction company INNOVA S.A.S, a company that for more than 11 years has been dedicated to creating, developing and marketing housing projects in the department of Santander. The activities were carried out under the position of engineering assistant and focused on supporting technical supervision, monitoring and controlling the work schedule, supervising the construction processes of the structural elements of the project and verifying the use of elements of personal protection in workers. The activities of elaboration, monitoring and control in the work schedule focused on the performance of the structure personnel and coordination of the cleaning staff of the project. The activities as technical supervision assistant were aimed at the control of plans, designs, technical specifications, materials and processes that were executed in ion of the use of personal protection elements were carried out throughout all the activities during the development of the internship with the support and advice of the SISO engineer of the project. Construction Company adding the new advances and methodologies that the company has implemented for the execution of its projects of construction.
