dc.description.abstract	El proyecto consiste en un plan de negocios para la creación de un Hotel-Spa con diseño tipo Chalet Suizo ubicado en la zona rural de Curití, Santander. Su objetivo es ofrecer una experiencia única que combine ecoturismo y turismo de bienestar, integrando servicios como spa, gastronomía local y actividades al aire libre en un entorno natural. Se enfoca en aprovechar el creciente interés por el bienestar y la sostenibilidad, así como la riqueza ambiental de la región, para atraer turistas nacionales e internacionales. El análisis abarca aspectos de mercado, técnicos, financieros, legales, organizacionales y ambientales, demostrando la viabilidad del proyecto y su potencial para generar empleo y dinamizar la economía local. Los resultados financieros proyectan rentabilidad positiva, mientras que las estrategias propuestas, como el uso de marketing digital y prácticas sostenibles, buscan posicionarlo competitivamente en un sector en auge, respaldado por el aumento del 32.3% en visitantes no residentes en 2023 según el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The project consists of a business plan for the creation of a Hotel-Spa with a Swiss Chalet design located in the rural area of Curití, Santander. Its goal is to offer a unique experience that combines ecotourism and wellness tourism, integrating services such as spa, local gastronomy and outdoor activities in a natural environment. It focuses on taking advantage of the growing interest in well-being and sustainability, as well as the environmental richness of the region, to attract national and international tourists. The analysis covers market, technical, financial, legal, organizational and environmental aspects, demonstrating the viability of the project and its potential to generate employment and boost the local economy. The financial results project positive profitability, while the proposed strategies, such as the use of digital marketing and sustainable practices, seek to position it competitively in a booming sector, supported by the 32.3% increase in non-resident visitors in 2023 according to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
