dc.description.abstract	Es importante conocer la situación que tiene el Departamento de Santander teniendo en cuenta las pruebas que hace el Estado para saber por lo menos en este sentido cómo está la calidad educativa en los Establecimientos Educativos Evaluados (E.E.E.) privados y oficiales. Este estudio fue realizado para satisfacer los requerimientos exigidos a la Secretaria de Educación del Departamento de Santander en los procedimientos de auditoría interna y externa. Si bien estos resultados se toman para Santander, vale la pena precisar que se han tomado Ochenta y Dos de los Ochenta y Siete municipios de este Departamento, dado que Bucaramanga, Floridablanca, Piedecuesta, Girón y Barrancabermeja tienen su respectiva secretaria de educación. Para los grados Quinto, Noveno y Once, se presenta los puntajes, promedios, desviaciones estándar, desviaciones estándar media, rangos, total de E.E.E. adicionalmente, para el caso de los grados Quinto y Noveno, se muestra las competencias y los componentes para cada una de las asignaturas evaluadas (Ciencias Naturales, Lenguaje y Matemáticas). Finalmente, para grado Once también se pone de manifiesto la categorización de los E.E.E. con las clasificaciones dadas por el ICFES. Para una mejor lectura de lo que se dice en este escrito todo lo anterior es presentado a través de tablas y figuras de elaboración propia tomadas de una base de datos previamente diseñada y utilizada. dc.description.abstractenglish	It is important to know the situation that has the department of Santander taking account of the evidence that the State was doing to know at least in this sense as is the quality of education in the educational establishments evaluated (E. E. E.) private and official. This study was carried out to meet the requirements to the Secretariat of Education of the Department of Santander in the internal and external auditing procedures. While these results are taken for Santander, it is worth noting that have been taken and eighty-two of the eighty-seven municipalities in this department, given that Bucaramanga, Floridablanca and Piedecuesta, Giron and Barrancabermeja have their respective secretariat of education. For grades Fifth, Ninth and eleven, presents the scores, averages, standard deviations, average standard deviations, ranges, total of E. E. E. in addition, for the case of the Fifth and ninth grades, shown the skills and components for each of the subjects evaluated (Natural Sciences, language and mathematics). Finally, for grade eleven also reflects the categorization of the E. E. E. with the ratings given by the ICFES. For a better read on what is said in this writing all of the foregoing is presented through tables and figures of elaboration own taken from a database of previously designed and used. Data were taken from the web page of ICFES.
