dc.description.abstract	Las metodologías pedagógicas han evolucionado con los adelantos tecnológicos, para hacer más eficientes los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Por esta razón las Instituciones de educación más importantes han adoptado las TICs dentro de sus modelos de enseñanza, adaptándose al entorno y las expectativas del medio, el cual actualmente se mueve en gran parte gracias a las TICs, especialmente el Internet. El presente proyecto contiene todo el proceso necesario para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar herramientas basadas en las TICs, que apoyan el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje de las asignaturas Ingeniería Económica y Gestión de Proyectos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Inicialmente se realizó un diseño curricular de las asignaturas en módulos, que permite la incorporación organizada de sus contenidos en las herramientas, posteriormente se diseñaron los ejercicios interactivos para cada uno de los módulos de las materias. Con base en la modulación y los ejercicios diseñados, se planteó el tipo y las especificaciones de las herramientas; el diseño se basó en crear un ambiente motivante y agradable donde los estudiantes puedan acceder a las temáticas de las asignaturas y a ejercicios que les permiten obtener un diagnóstico de los temas vistos; el desarrollo de las herramientas se fundamentó en permitir su implementación en el portal Web, y cumplir con los parámetros establecidos en el diseño. La implementación de las herramientas se efectuó en el portal web de la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales, donde los estudiantes pueden tener acceso a estas, en cualquier momento y lugar solo con tener acceso a un equipo con conexión a Internet; creando de esta forma una cultura de trabajo en red, facilitando la implementación de nuevas metodologías pedagógicas como el E-learning dentro de la Universidad Industrial de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Teaching methodologies have evolved with technological advances, with the aim of making more efficient the processes of teaching and learning. For this reason the most important educational institutions have adopted TIC in their teaching models adapted to the environment and the expectations of the media, which now moves largely thanks to TICs, especially the Internet. This project contains all the necessary process to design, develop and implement TIC-based tools, which support the teaching-learning courses economic engineering and project management of the Industrial University of Santander. Initially we conducted a curriculum of courses in modules, allowing the incorporation of organized their content into the tools, then the interactive exercises designed for each of the module materials. Based on the modulation and exercises designed, it was the type and specifications of the tools, the design was based on creating a memorable and enjoyable environment where students can access the topics and subjects of the exercises that enable them to obtain a diagnoses of the subjects viewed, developing tools to allow its implementation based on the portal site, and fulfill the parameters set in the design. The implementation of the tools are made in the website of the School of Industrial and Business Studies, where students can access these at any time and anywhere only with access to a computer with internet connection, thus creating a work culture in the network, facilitating the implementation of new teaching methodologies such as the E-learning within the Industrial University of Santander.
