dc.description.abstract	La Asociación de Tecnólogos Agrícolas y Pecuarios de la UIS (ATAPUIS), tiene unas particularidades que se identifica su objeto misional en la búsqueda y construcción de mejores sociedades, motivo por el cual necesita identificar modalidades de sostenimiento financiero innovadores; este último con un enfoque perspectivo originado por los cambios y tendencias a nivel regional, nacional e internacional en dimensiones normativas, económicas, sociales y organizacionales; todas estas variables juntas desencadenan en un amplio mapeo para comprender su rol e impacto en la sociedad y por su puesto su estabilidad y permanencia en el tiempo y continuar con su labor de conexión social que involucre el compromiso, la colaboración y trabajo en equipo. La práctica empresarial se basa principalmente en casos de estudio; tiene un enfoque integral que involucra no solo las entidades sin ánimo de lucro, sino además los grupos de interés que hacen parte del entorno de Atapuis; entre ellos la población agrícola campesina, el sector privado y el Estado. También la revisión de literatura científica para identificar las tradiciones formas y tendencias de sostenimiento financiero de las Esal como punto de partida; y en este sentido es válido mencionar que en la construcción de la estrategia se consideró otros subcomponentes organizacionales importantes en la implementación de la propuesta, por lo cual se aborda teorías sobre la estratégica organizacional y social y alcanzar los objetivos en el corto o largo plazo que le permita crecimiento, estabilidad y reinvención.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Association of Agricultural and Livestock Technologists of the UIS (ATAPUIS), has particularities that identify its missionary purpose in the search and construction of better societies, which is why a determination of innovative financial sustainability is needed; the latter with a prospective approach originated by changes and trends at the regional, national and international levels in normative, economic, social and organizational dimensions; all these variables together trigger a broad mapping to understand its impact and impact on society and of course its permanence over time and continue with its work of social connection that involves commitment, collaboration and teamwork. The business practice is mainly based on case studies; it has a comprehensive approach that involves not only the non-profit entities, but also the interest groups that are part of the Atapuis environment; among them the peasant agricultural population, the private sector and the State. Also the review of the scientific literature to identify the tendencies and tendencies of the financial support of the Structures as a starting point; and in this sense, it is valid to mention that in the construction of the strategy, other important secondary components are being sought in the implementation of the proposal, which is why the theory of strategy and socialization and the short or long-term objectives that it addresses are addressed. it allows growth, change and reinvention.
