dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto permite muestra la importancia de las prácticas adelantadas en la Secretaría de Transporte e Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander, porque han permitido que el estudiante se involucre en diferentes actividades que se adelantan en cada uno de los grupos que conforman la Secretaría, como lo son el Grupo de Proyectos Viales, el grupo de Valorización, el grupo Proyectos Especiales y el grupo de Aguas y Saneamiento Básico. La práctica se adelanto en todos los procesos administrativos y técnicos los cuales estuvieron fundamentados en los componentes institucionales y lineamientos legales presente en los proyectos que se viabilizaron y en las supervisiones a los contratos que se apoyaron. La práctica se desarrollo en cuatro (4) etapas fundamentales durante las cuales se pusieron en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la vida académica en la Universidad. En la primera etapa se trabajo en la parte precontractual apoyando la viabilidad técnica de proyectos de ingeniería; posteriormente se brindo apoyo en la parte contractual de los procesos, donde se realizaban los estudios pertinentes a esta etapa. Además se participo en una etapa ejecutoria en la cual se tuvo un acompañamiento en la supervisión de dos contratos de obra suscritos a esta Secretaria y paralelamente a este trabajo se brindo un apoyo en la parte administrativa en la programación de metas del Plan de Acción de la Secretaria. Como aporte al trabajo realizado en La Secretaria de Transporte e Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander, se elaboro un manual de manejo para la aplicación de Excel de la Metodología General Ajustada, con esto se busco que muchas más personas tengan acceso a esta importante herramienta computacional utilizada en la elaboración y evaluación de proyectos
dc.description.abstractenglish	This projects shows the importance of the practices developed in the Secretariat of Transport and Infrastructure of the Government of Santander, because they have allowed that the student engage in different activities being carried out in each of the groups that are part of the Secretariat, as what are the Group of Road Projects, the group of Appraisement, the group of Special Projects and the group of Waters and Basic Sanitation. The practice was improved in all the administrative and technical processes which were based on the institutional components and legal limits present in the projects that were viable and the supervisions for the contracts that were supported. The practice was developed in four (4) fundamental stages during which there was putting into practice the knowledge acquired during the academic life at University. In the first stage, it was working at the pre-contractual part, supporting the technical viability of engineering projects; after it was offering support in the contractual part of the processes, where the pertinent studies were realized to this stage. In addition it took part in an executory stage in which had an accompaniment in the supervision of two civil engineering contracts signed to this Secretariat and parallel to this work it offered support in the administrative part in the goal programming of the Action Plan of the Secretary. As contribution to the work realized in the Secretariat of Transport and Infrastructure of the Government of Santander, it elaborated a handbook for the Excel application of the General Methodology Adjusted, with this look for many more people have access to this important computational tool used in the elaboration and evaluation of projects.
