| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present book shows the work of grade consistent in the realization of one managerial practice in the office of appraisement of the government of Santander and it exposes the report of activities carried out during the six months of duration of this practice and the social technical contribution made by the authors. In the appraisement office the projects are managed to carry out under the system of appraisement contribution that consists on the execution of infrastructure projects with obtained resources of an obligation charged to the proprietors of properties benefited with this projects. This obligation is distributed analyzing the physical, geographical and socioeconomic conditions of the influence area and of the project. The benefit of the properties consists on the obtaining of a bigger evaluation of the same ones, the increase of this value is called appreciation.
