dc.description.abstract	El informe final de la práctica desarrollada en el Archivo Central de la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga, expone las metas logradas durante su realización, cuyo objetivo principal fue describir la Serie Nóminas mediante la aplicación del Formato Único de Inventario Documental del Archivo General de la Nación, y su digitalización en una base de datos, con el fin de iniciar un proceso de descripción en esta institución que permita asegurarle un mayor control de sus documentos, y una mejor difusión de su información. De igual manera se buscó identificar el nivel de organización y de conservación que tiene este archivo, por medio de la aplicación de una autoevaluación archivistica. Además contemplar el desarrollo de la descripción documental y la archivística a nivel internacional y nacional. Exponer la importancia administrativa que tienen las Nóminas para las organizaciones. Analizar el devenir histórico, orgánico, y funcional de la Alcaldía Municipal. Examinar y describir la evolución de las tipologias documentales que componen esta Serie. Y finalmente realizar un ejercicio de valoración documenal que permita precisar los valores primarios y secundarios de las nóminas, por ser esta documentación un testimonio individual y colectivo del acontecer histórico de esta institución. Este trabajo presenta una metodologia, y la realización de unas actividades archivísticas e investigativas, que le permitió a la Alcaldía avanzar en los procesos de conservación, control y busqueda de las nóminas; actividades necesarias para comprender su evolución, vislumbrar su importancia como sustento para la investigación sobre la administración pública, y mejorar su consulta interna y externa.
