| dc.description.abstract | Los proyectos viales sin duda alguna son una de las obras civiles mas influyentes en el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la comunidad en general. El gobierno consiente de la situación de muchas regiones del país mediante el Ministerio de Transporte y el Instituto Nacional de Vías (INVIAS) implanta el programa PLAN 2500 cuyo objetivo es buscar mejorar la infraestructura vial de país a través de inversiones en pavimentación y/o repavimentación de carreteras principalmente secundarias y terciarias con criterios técnicos, sociales y económicos. El proceso de pavimentación con mezcla densa en caliente, lleva consigo actividades de obras de drenaje, conformación de subrasante, aplicación de materiales granulares y mezcla asfáltica, es de resaltar el importante papel que realiza la maquinaria, y lo importante que es para obtener una alta eficiencia, es por eso que la práctica esta enfocada a calcular rendimientos de las actividades que representan el 80% del valor del contrato, para esto se basa en datos obtenidos del seguimiento y control del plan de calidad, además del rendimiento real se elaboró una herramienta electrónica que permite calcularlos de acuerdo a las condiciones de obra y operación, de manera que guíe las futuras licitaciones. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The road projects undoubtedly are one of the civil works more influential in the improvement of the quality of life of the community in general. The government consents of the situation of many regions of the country by means of the Department of Transport and the National Institute of Routes (INVIAS) implants the program PLAN 2500 which lens is to seek to improve the road infrastructure of country across investments in pavementation and/or repavementation of secondary and tertiary roads principally with technical, social and economic criteria. The process of pavementation with dense mixture in warms, includes activities of drainage works, conformation of land, application of granular materials and asphalt mixture, It is of highlighting the important role that realizes the machinery, and the important thing that is to obtain a high efficiency, is because of it that this practice is focused to calculating yields of activities that represent 80 % of the value of the contract, this is based on information obtained of the follow-up and control of the qualit plan, besides the real yields there was elaborated an electronic tool that allows to calculate them in agreement to the conditions of work and operation, so that can guides the future licitations. | |
