dc.description.abstract	Este informe describe la experiencia en la Alcaldía Municipal de Oiba, centrada en la gestión y diseño de proyectos de infraestructura vinculados al Plan Municipal de Desarrollo. Se llevó a cabo labores de licenciamiento, diseño y ejecución de obras civiles bajo la responsabilidad de la Secretaría de Planeación e Infraestructura, incluidas visitas de obra e informes técnicos. Asimismo, se gestionó tareas administrativas relacionadas con la revisión de estudios, diseños, planos y documentación general de construcciones. Esta experiencia permitió al practicante familiarizarse con las dinámicas del sector público, utilizando el geoportal del IGAC para la identificación de predios y cédulas catastrales. El informe refleja no solo la adquisición de habilidades técnicas y administrativas, sino también el fortalecimiento de competencias esenciales para la práctica profesional en ingeniería.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This report describes the experience at the Municipal Mayor's Office of Oiba, focused on the management and design of infrastructure projects linked to the Municipal Development Plan. Tasks of licensing, design, and execution of civil works were carried out under the responsibility of the Planning and Infrastructure Secretariat, including site visits and technical reports. Additionally, administrative tasks related to the review of studies, designs, plans, and general construction documentation were managed. This experience allowed the intern to become familiar with the dynamics of the public sector, using the IGAC geoportal for the identification of properties and cadastral records. The report reflects not only the acquisition of technical and administrative skills but also the strengthening of essential competencies for professional practice in engineering.
