dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo principal implementar un plan de organización, recuperación, conservación y difusión para los soportes audiovisuales físicos que datan del año 1981 al año 2000, disponibles en el fondo documental en las oficinas de la Dirección Cultural de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Para ello, se tuvieron en cuenta un proceso metodológico y unos objetivos específicos, entre los que destacan realizar un diagnóstico de los soportes audiovisuales disponibles en el fondo acumulado y su estado actual; llevar a cabo una clasificación y organización de los documentos disponibles, de acuerdo con los principios de orden natural y procedencia; formalizar la descripción documental e implementar un plan de difusión de los resultados finales. Todo esto contextualizado en la historia institucional de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y de la Dirección Cultural. Entre los resultados más importantes de este proyecto fue conservar buena parte de los archivos audiovisuales más relevantes de eventos, propuestas y presentaciones patrocinadas por la Dirección Cultural UIS, con el fin de generar un aporte a la preservación de la memoria histórica artística y cultural de Bucaramanga y Santander de la segunda mitad del siglo XX y de las primeras décadas del siglo XXI. De igual manera, se destaca la disposición y el trabajo de las directivas y administrativos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander para realizar el proyecto positivamente y para lograr que los soportes audiovisuales puedan ser consultados por investigadores y por el público en general interesados en las fuentes audiovisuales y en conocer más a fondo el desarrollo histórico de uno de los epicentros artísticos y culturales más grandes de la región.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main objective of this degree project is to implement an organization, recovery, conservation and dissemination plan for audiovisual media that date from 1981 to 2000, available in the documentary collection at the offices of the Dirección Cultural Office of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. To do this, they were taken into account methodological processes and specific objectives: to make a diagnosis of the audiovisual media available in the accumulated fund and its current status; to make a classification and organization of the available documents, according to the principles of natural order and origin; to formalize the documentary description and to implement a plan to disseminate the final results. All this contextualized in the institutional history of the Universidad Industrial de Santander and the Dirección Cultural Office. Among the most important results of this project was keeping a good part of the most relevant audiovisual archives of events, proposals and presentations sponsored by the Dirección Cultural Office UIS, in order to generate a contribution to the preservation of the artistic and cultural historical memory of Bucaramanga and Santander in the second half of the 20th century and in the first decades of the 21st century. Likewise, it highlights the willingness and work of the directors and administrative staff of the Universidad Industrial de Santander to carry out the project positively and to ensure that audiovisual aids can be consulted by researchers and by the general public interested in audiovisual sources and to learn more about the historical development of one of the largest artistic and cultural epicenters in the region.
