dc.description.abstract	Se realizó el diagnóstico del vivero del municipio de Málaga Santander, con el fin de generar el protocolo para la producción de material vegetal en el vivero ubicado en la planta de tratamiento de residuos sólidos; ya que al revisar los procesos anteriores se evidencia la falta de una planeación y estrategias de producción para la reproducción y preparación de material vegetal en este establecimiento. En convenio entre la Universidad Industrial de Santander y la alcaldía municipal, se dará manejo al vivero de tal modo que se organice y proyecten las actividades mismas que se requieren para el funcionamiento de este establecimiento. De aquí surge la necesidad de diseñar un manual en el que se plasmen los protocolos que se deben tener en cuenta para iniciar y darle un correcto uso a los recursos que allí se encuentran, obtener material vegetal de calidad, reducir el ataque de hongos, enfermedades y patógenos y aquellas condiciones que no permiten la obtención de una producción en la proporción que es sembrada y consigo a futuro tener proyectos de investigación y programas de conservación 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	The diagnosis of the Malaga Santander municipality nursery was carried out, in order to generate the protocol for the production of plant material in the nursery located in the solid waste treatment plant; After analyzing the previous processes it is evident the lack of planning and production strategies for the reproduction and preparation of plant material in this establishment. In an agreement between the Industrial University of Santander and the municipal Mayor's office, the nursery will be managed in such a way that the same activities that are required for the operation of this establishment are organized and projected. Given these facts, the need to design a manual in which the protocols that must be taken into account are reflected to start and give correct use to the resources that are available, obtain quality plant material, reduce the attack of fungi, diseases and pathogens and those conditions that do not allow obtaining a production in the proportion that is sown and I get in the future to have research projects and environmental conservation programs with the other municipalities, in order to restore forests, reforest watersheds and make the nursery a useful, necessary and vital space for the province. 3
