dc.description.abstract	El convenio interadministrativo de cooperación empresarial con fines científicos y tecnológicos establecidos entre la UIS y Ecopetrol desarrolla actividades que posibilitan la interacción academia-industria en el sector de hidrocarburos, en la Vereda Los Colorados, Corregimiento de Yarima, en el Municipio de San Vicente de Chucuri, Departamento de Santander, en el cual se llevó a cabo el proceso de práctica profesional de Trabajo Social, en lo referente al tema de responsabilidad social empresarial y gestión social, a través de la interacción de dichas instituciones con actores y grupos de interés presentes en la zona. Las teorías y conceptos que guiaron el proceso de práctica profesional fueron: Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, Desarrollo Humano Sostenible, Gestión Social y Ética empresarial; sumado a ello, las correspondientes normas y legislación relacionada con el tema. Finalmente se resalta que desde el desarrollo de la práctica profesional se logró identificar y reconocer que es necesaria una intervención más directa con la comunidad, fundamentada en el dialogo y las relaciones horizontales, que permitan tener reciprocidad entre la comunidad y las empresas, por lo cual es pertinente que se implementen programas desde la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, que contribuyan a la generación de espacios donde se integren dichos actores participativamente de manera que se avance en el fortalecimiento de vínculos, en pro del bienestar y mejora de la calidad de vida de la población.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The inter- administrative agreement of managerial cooperation with scientist and tecnological purposes established between the UIS and Ecopetrol, it develops activities that make possible the industry and academic interaction and hidrocarburous section, in Los Colorados footpath, district of Yarima; in the municipality of San Vicente del Chucurí; Administrative district of Santander; in which carried- over the social work practice professional process, relating to: the social managerial responsability and social management, through the interaction of such institutions, with actors and profit groups present in the zone. Teories and concepts that did leader the practice professional process were: Social Managerial Responsability, the Human Support Development, Social Management and Managerial ethic; added to it, the corresponding rules and legislation related with the topic. Finally, it rebound that: Since the professional practice development, it gained to identify and to recognice that is necessary and more straight intervention with the community, established on hold dialogues and so good relations, whith allow having reciprocity between the community and companies, for which reason is relevant that since the social managerial responsability to implement programs, which contribute to generate spaces where those actors get reimburse sharingly of a manner that get ahead on the strengthening of bonds, in be half of to be well off and so the improvement of the lifestyle of de population.
