| dc.description.abstract | La industria de la construcción ha sabido predeterminar ciertos aspectos en el diseño y ejecución de una obra. Se han adoptado, reglamentado y estructurado una serie de pasos para la planeación, realización y control de las actividades y procesos que conforman un proyecto constructivo. La elaboración de un presupuesto es uno de ellos y de su exactitud, veracidad y fácil interpretación depende un buen control de los costes en el proyecto y por ende la viabilidad del mismo. Se presenta este documento como complemento a las técnicas ya aplicadas actualmente en la preparación de una propuesta; se pretende extender la forma sistemática de estos pasos, al cálculo del coste de la herramienta menor proveyendo así, una metodología que responda a las formulaciones acerca del origen de dichos datos (costos) incluidos en el presupuesto. Partiendo de los procesos constructivos más comunes y su análisis; como aplicación se presenta una metodología que no sólo muestra una forma ordenada de identificar procesos comunes y su herramienta utilizada, sino la reducción en la mayoría de los casos estudiados del costo directo del ítem analizado. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The construction industry has known how to predetermine certain aspects in the design and execution of a project. A series of steps for planning, realization and control of the activities and processes that are part of a constructive project have been adapted, regulated and structured. The elaboration of a budget is one of those steps and its accuracy, truthfulness and easy interpretation are essential for a good control of the costs in the project and the viability of the same one. This document is presented as a complement to the techniques that are applied in the preparation of a proposal; it seeks to expand the systematic form of these steps, for the calculation of the cost of the smallest tool, providing in this way, a methodology that responds to the formulations about the origin of this data (costs) included in the budget. Starting from the most common constructive processes and their analysis; as an application a methodology is presented that doesn't only show an orderly form of identifying common processes and its used tool, but the reduction of the direct cost of the analyzed item in most of the studied cases. It can also be observed a proper form of control and management in the application of these tools when executing the activities. | |
