dc.description.abstract	En primer lugar, se considera la ciencia como concepto central de esta investigación, debido a que el autor es un hombre de ciencia y se ha dedicado a definirla en varias estado más alto del conocimiento se encuentra en la ciencia, ya que para él la ciencia es la forma en la cual se emplean conocimientos específicos que desmitifican los fenómenos de la realidad. Por otro lado, el autor no solo se ha concentrado en hablar de ciencia y conocimiento. También es importante resaltar que por el contexto en el que vivió, también hizo estudios profundos al concepto de influencia producida sobre otros individuos los cuales están ligados a deseos de gloria, reconocimiento y como resultado final poder. Por último, se sustenta la transformación de la ciencia en poder, y como de esto resulta un poder científico la cual es la base fundamental en lo que el autor denominara gobierno científico.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the first place, is considered science as central of this research concept, since the author is a man of science and has been dedicated to define it in several of his works such as: the author finds that highest State of knowledge is in science, since the science is the way in which specific knowledge that demystify and the phenomena of reality are used. On the other hand, the author not only has focused on talking about science and knowledge. It is also important note that by the context in which he lived, also made in depth studies to the concept of power. His works have in mind: Russell sustains that power in the influence produced on other individuals whish are linked to the desire for glory, recognition and ultimately power. Lastly, the transformation of science in power, and as this is a scientific power which is the fundamental basis on what the author called the Government Scientist.
