| dc.description.abstract | El documento presenta la experiencia recogida en el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo en la empresa CONSULTORES ESPECIALIZADOS Y ASOCIADOS DE SANTANDER LTDA, CEAS LTDA. CAPITULO I: ASEGURAMIENTO DE LA CALIDAD Se describe la documentación que conforma el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC); fundamental para llevar a cabo el seguimiento y control de cualquier procedimiento dentro de la empresa, permitiendo garantizar la calidad de los procesos y del producto terminado. CAPITULO II: LICITACIONES Y CONCURSOS Se relacionan las licitaciones y concursos presentados por la empresa CEAS LTDA en los que el autor realizó labores de apoyo y asistencia directa durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial. CAPITULO III: PLANEACION Y EJECUCION DE PROYECTOS Se detallan los aspectos fundamentales de los dos (2) proyectos de construcción de alcantarillado donde el autor consiguió un contacto directo con la ejecución de los mismos; proporcionando apoyo técnico y logístico en campo, pudiendo así recopilar los aspectos esenciales de la realización de un proyecto de este tipo. CAPITULO IV: APORTE DEL PROYECTO DE GRADO Este aporte está enfocado principalmente a analizar las actividades básicas propias de un proyecto del tipo de alcantarillados. Se realiza un minucioso estudio en campo de los componentes de cada actividad, logrando un análisis detallado de los rendimientos, cantidades y costos reales. El resultado final se condensa en una hoja de cálculo digital donde se resumen los Análisis de Precios Unitarios de cada actividad particular. Este recurso puede ser muy útil; tanto para un estudiante de ingeniería, como un profesional en busca de una herramienta de soporte para la presupuestación y el seguimiento de una obra de estas características. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The document presents the experience gathered in the development of the enterprise practice achieved in the company SPECIALIZED AND ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS OF SANTANDER LTD, CEAS LTDA. CHAPTER I: QUALITY ASSURANCE It describes the documentation that conforms the Quality Management System (QMS); that`s fundamental to achieve the monitoring and control of any procedure inside the company, allowing to guarantee the quality of the processes and of the finished product. CHAPTER II: BIDDINGS AND TENDERS It lists the biddings and tenders presented by the company CEAS Ltda. which the author made support and direct attendance measures during the development of the enterprise practice. CHAPTER III: PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF PROJECTS It details about the fundamental aspects of the two (2) projects of sewer system construction where the author obtained a direct contact with the execution of them; providing technical and logistic support in the field, being able to compile the essential aspects of the accomplishment of a project of this type. CHAPTER IV: CONTRIBUTION OF THE GRADE PROJECT This contribution is focused mainly to analyze the own basic activities of a project of the type of sewer systems. A meticulous study is made in field for the components of each activity, obtaining a detailed analysis of the real perfonmances, amounts and costs. The final result is condensed in a digital spreadsheet where the Unitary Prices Analysis of each particular activity are summarize. This resource can be very useful; as much for an engineering student, as a professional in search of a support tool for the budgeting and monitoring of a work site with these characteristics. | |
