dc.description.abstract	La práctica empresarial en la constructora BRIMOS LTDA generó la oportunidad de afianzar conocimientos adquiridos en el programa de pregrado y a la vez adquirir nuevos conocimientos, gracias a la integración de personal profesional y del practicante que conformaron un equipo de trabajo durante las prácticas empresariales. De la mano de la empresa el practicante puede tener una mejor visión sobre la planeación y ejecución de proyectos de obras civiles mediante la experiencia adquirida y los casos particulares, y observaciones particulares, que puede generar cada proyecto en específico, en donde se fortalecen las estrategias de administración y toma de decisiones, generando de esta forma una nueva visualización para ejecución de obras civiles de forma crítica y lógica que involucra los conceptos y observaciones de todas las partes que pueden llegar a conformar el proyecto, entre ellas podemos encontrar la interventoría, la población, la parte administrativa de la empresa; ingeniería civil, topografía, ingeniería ambiental, seguridad industrial, y otros. Durante esta práctica fue necesario el correcto empalme y funcionamiento de trabajo con áreas afines a la construcción, en donde la gestión y la logística juegan un papel muy importante en la integración de las partes que conforman un proyecto de construcción de obra civil. También se pudo apreciar el momento y marketing que encontramos comúnmente el sector de la construcción en el territorio Colombiano.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The business practice in construction company BRIMOS LTDA generated the possibility of complementing and acquiring knowledge in the area of the construction and management, this activity integrate the practitioner in the participation of projects which are managed by professional group of the company. In the other hand the practitioner will be helped by the company to have an improved general view of construction projects, view about management, planning and doing, and these capacities are achieved throughout experience; in every construction project, you will find challenges and problems which are singular of each one. where there become stronger the strategies of administration and decision making, generating thus a new visualization for execution of civil works of critical and logical form that involves the concepts and remarks of all the parts that can go so far as to shape the project, between them we can find the checking and quality division, the population, the administrative part of the company; civil engineering, topography, environmental engineering, industrial safety, and others. During this practice there was necessary the correct junction and functioning of work with related areas to the construction, where the management and the logistics play a very important role in the integration of the parts that shape a project of construction of civil work. Also it was possible to appreciate the moment and marketing that we find commonly the sector of the construction in the Colombian territory.
