dc.description.abstract	El objetivo del proyecto es definir el alcance técnico, financiero, nivel de acogida por los clientes y la viabilidad financiera para crear un complejo turístico que ofrezca a las familias Colombianas y extranjeras. Con la realización de este proyecto se busca saber la factibilidad para crear una empresa dedicada a ofrecer servicios de hospedaje y recreación, la cual genere empleo, y brinde un alto servicio con calidad a los visitantes y sea financieramente rentable. En el trabajo se realizara el respectivo estudio de mercados, estudio técnico, estudio administrativo y legal, estudio financiero y la evaluación social. Con la realización de los estudios mencionados anteriormente se puede concluir la viabilidad para la creación del complejo turístico en el municipio de Aratoca Œ Santander, el cual proporcione descanso, diversión, conocimiento y dispersión para compartir un momento en familia; Se diseño la infraestructura física del complejo turístico, teniendo encuentra la distribución de los espacios de los diferentes servicios que brindara el complejo turístico y demás áreas funcionales que permita practicidad y sano descanso a los clientes. Es así como se presenta una propuesta estructurada con el fin de aportar a las personas que desean incursionar en esta actividad y las empresas que deseen mejorar el desarrollo de la actividad turística dentro de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main goal of this Project is to define the technical and financial scope, the level of reception and the financial viability in order to create a touristic complex that offers a cozy and familiar environment to national and foreign families. Through the realization of this project we want to know how feasible it is to create a company whose goal is to offer hosting and recreation services and that also generates employment and offers a high-level of service to its visitors and it is financially profitable. In the Project we will do the corresponding marketing study, technical study, management and legal study, financial study and the social impact. We designed the physical infrastructure of the a touristic complex, taking into account the distribution of spaces of different services offered by the touristic complex and other functional areas to allow rest and healthy convenience to customers. With the realization of the studies mentioned above it is possible to conclude how feasible it is to build the touristic complex in Aratoca, Santander. This is how we present a formal proposal to provide people who want to try this activity and companies that want to improve the development of tourism in Santander.
