dc.description.abstract	Al hablar de un proyecto residencial inmediatamente se piensa en la seguridad y confianza que debe ofrecer el constructor a sus clientes, es sumamente importante que la supervisión que se lleva a cabo inicie desde la primera hasta la última etapa del proyecto; un adecuado seguimiento de la obra que no solo le brinde seguridad a los clientes sino también a cada uno de sus trabajadores, por eso se lleva a cabo un minucioso seguimiento del proceso constructivo, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas vigentes y cumplir con los tiempos estipulados en cada etapa del desarrollo del proyecto; así, la supervisión técnica debe expedir un certificado técnico de ocupación, el cual nos certifique que esta edificación tuvo un correcto proceso de ejecución. El presente documento describe las actividades realizadas en la supervisión que se ejecuta durante el desarrollo de una obra civil, llevada a cabo por la constructora DISEÑOS Y CONSTRUCCIONES LTDA - DISCON LTDA, proyecto residencial el cual consta de dos torres de 3 niveles de sótanos y 12 pisos de apartamentos; está practica empresarial de ingeniería civil hace énfasis en la supervisión estructural y la supervisión en la mampostería, en el desarrollo de todo el proyecto.. *
