dc.description.abstract	En el presente escrito se describen las actividades realizadas y los resultados obtenidos en el marco del cumplimiento de la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de proyectos, enfocado en el área de Ejecución y control de obra en la empresa E&C Construcciones S.A.S. En el cual se pueden observar desde la semana 20 hasta la semana 33 de ejecución del proyecto de “Construcción De Salón Múltiple Y Laboratorio De Físico-Química Del Instituto Agropecuario Santa Rosa, En El Corregimiento De Santa Rosa, Del Municipio De Bolívar, Santander”, El control de obra por medio del cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas y procesos constructivos, en el cual se evidenció un avance del 29.02% en la ejecución de la obra en el lapso de estas semanas, Además de apoyar la revisión del balance entre la ejecución y el costo de la obra, así como el planteamiento del uso de informes de control de cambios, logrando una óptima revisión y control de las diferentes actividades correspondientes a los entregables del proyecto, así mismo como la relación entre el costo y avance de obra.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document describes the activities carried-out and the results obtained during period of the business practice as a project assistant, focused on the area of execution and control of work in the company E&C Construcciones S.A.S., In which it can see from week 20 to week 33 of execution of the project “Construcción De Salón Múltiple Y Laboratorio De Físico-Química Del Instituto Agropecuario Santa Rosa, En El Corregimiento De Santa Rosa, Del Municipio De Bolívar, Santander”, The work control through compliance with the technical specifications and construction processes, in which an advance of 29.02% was evidenced in the execution of the work in the period of these weeks, In addition to supporting the review of the balance between the execution and the cost of the work, as well as the approach to the use of change control reports, achieving an optimal review and control of the different activities corresponding to the project deliverables, as well as the relationship between the cost and progress of the work.
