dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social llevada a cabo en el Centro de Atención Laboral de Bucaramanga se realizó un acompañamiento jurídico para la orientación, información y asesoría de los trabajadores que presentan dificultades con el pago oportuno de sus incapacidades en la mayoría de los casos esto ocurre debido al desconocimiento que existe frente al tema ya que no tienen claridad de cuál es la entidad responsable de estos pagos. Durante los cuatro meses trabajados dentro de la entidad se logró la apropiación conceptual y jurídica del Sistema General de Seguridad Social. El Centro de Atención Laboral es un ente de carácter privado que brinda asesoría gratuita a los trabajadores de Bucaramanga en aras de darle solución a sus problemáticas laborales realizando las acciones necesarias en búsqueda de la reivindicación de sus derechos en la mayoría de los casos son personas vulnerables. En ésta práctica social, se cumplió con la atención de usuarios, la respectiva entrega de asesorías, la realización de brigadas jurídicas y se construyó el referente normativo, conceptual y jurisprudencial concerniente a la importancia de ejercer control sobre el pago de incapacidades teniendo en cuenta la entidad que debe cancelarlas y el monto por el cual se deben liquidar estos subsidios, lo cual permitió desarrollar plenamente los objetivos que se trazaron en el presente libro y con la creación del plegable con el cual se busca lograr que los trabajadores adquieran conocimientos básicos en pro de la defensa de sus derechos el cual se tituló: ¿Qué entidad paga mis incapacidades? *
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of the social legal practice carried out in the Labor Care Center of Bucaramanga was a legal accompaniment for guidance, information and advice of workers who have difficulties with the timely payment of their disabilities in most cases this It happens due to the ignorance that exists in front of the subject since they do not have clarity of which is the entity responsible for these payments. During the four months worked within the entity, the conceptual and legal appropriation of the General Social Security System was achieved. The Labor Care Center is a private entity that provides free advice to workers in Bucaramanga in order to solve their labor problems by taking the necessary actions to seek the claim of their rights in most cases are vulnerable people. In this social practice, the attention of users was met, the respective delivery of advice, the realization of legal brigades and the normative, conceptual and jurisprudential reference concerning the importance of exercising control over the payment of disabilities taking into account the entity that must cancel them and the amount by which these subsidies must be liquidated, which allowed to fully develop the objectives outlined in this book and with the creation of the foldable with which it seeks to achieve that workers acquire basic knowledge in of the defense of their rights, which was entitled: Which entity pays my disability? *
