| dc.description.abstract | La educación y formación ofrecidas por el colegio y la familia, son fundamentales para el logro del desarrollo de las potencialidades de los individuos; por tanto la labor educativa debe incorporar componentes participativos y reflexivos que faciliten la construcción de conocimientos, así como la convivencia continua de los valores y derechos humanos. En el presente documentos se puede encontrar el aporte que el trabajador(a) social puede realizar dentro de la institución educativa a partir de su intervención profesional. En el Colegio San Juan Bosco de Girón se realizó un proceso de intervención en el que sus fases comprendían desde la fundamentación teórica, legislación y normatividad que involucra el contexto educativo, caracterización de la institución y población objeto de intervención, seguida por un programa de intervención que parte de un diagnóstico social, la planeación que se utilizó es de acuerdo a el modelo tradicional, en cuanto a la ejecución se aplicaron estrategias como: Orientación Individual a la comunidad estudiantil, Orientación Familiar, Sesiones Educativas, y Escuela para Padres; posteriormente se realizó la evaluación de lo concerniente a la experiencia de la practica académica; finalmente se elaboró una propuesta de intervención que pretende el mejoramiento y continuidad de los procesos realizados. Se puede concluir que la confrontación teoría-praxis permitió el cumplimiento ético del rol profesional de Trabajo Social en el área educativa y el logro del principal objetivo de la experiencia el cual fue responder a las necesidades y expectativas de quienes se convirtieron en nuestros usuarios , así como la contribución al desarrollo y formación integral de los mismos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The education and formation offered by the school and the family are fundamental for the profit of the development of the potentialities of the individuals; therefore the educative work must incorporate participative and reflective components that facilitate the construction of knowledge, as well as the continuous coexistence of the values and human rights. In present documents the contribution can be found that the worker social can make within the educative institution from his professional intervention. In the San Juan School Bosco de Girón it was made a process of intervention in which their phases included/understood from the theoretical fundamentation, legislation and normativity that the educative context involves, characterization of the institution and population object of intervention, followed by an intervention program that leaves from a social diagnosis, the planning that was used is according to the traditional model, as far as the execution were applied strategies like: Individual direction to the student community, Familiar Direction, Educative Sessions, and School for Parents; later the evaluation was made of concerning the experience of practices it academic; finally an intervention proposal was elaborated that tries the improvement and continuity of the made processes. It is possible to be concluded that the confrontation theory-praxis allowed to the ethical fulfillment of the professional roll of Social Work in the educative area and the profit of the main objective of the experience which went to respond to the necessities and expectations of those who became our users, as well as the contribution to the development and integral formation of such. | |
