dc.description.abstract	El principal propósito de éste documento es mostrar las actividades que se desarrollaron durante la ejecución de la práctica jurídica social en el Grupo de Procesos Judiciales adscrito a la Oficina de Asesoría Jurídica del Departamento. El desarrollo de la práctica jurídica social inicia con el conocimiento real de la entidad, en especial la Oficina Jurídica del Departamento; la anterior Oficina me capacitó en el manejo e implementación del software Control Integral de Demandas (CID), también me suministró el nombre de usuario y contraseña del abogado tutor, para así ingresar al sistema y poder ejecutar las tareas asignadas. Posteriormente realicé un diagnóstico de los procesos asignados al abogado tutor, y organicé la información obtenida en un archivo de Excel. Así mismo se estudió la normatividad aplicable a los procesos ordinarios de nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho y reparación directa luego que son éste tipo de procesos los asignados al abogado tutor. Cada semana visité los Juzgados Administrativos del Circuito de Bucaramanga y Sala Administrativa del Tribunal de Santander con el objeto de hacer control y seguimiento de los procesos que se adelantan ante esa jurisdicción. Con la consulta en el sistema Siglo XXI de la Rama Judicial y las visitas ya referidas se encontró nueva información del estado actual de los procesos, a partir de ésta información, se implementó el software Control Integral de Demandas (CID) mediante nuevas anotaciones. dc.description.abstractenglish	The main purpose of this paper is to show the activities that were developed during the execution of the social legal practicein the Judicial Process Group ascribed to the Office of Legal Counsel of the Department. The development of social legal practice begins with the actual knowledge of the entity,particularly the Legal Office of the Department;said Office trained me in the use and implementation of software Integral Control Demands (ICD), also provided me the username and password of the tutor lawyer, to thereby enter the system and realize the tasks assigned. Later I did a diagnostic of processes assigned at tutor lawyer, and organized the information obtained in an Excel file. Similarly I studied the normativity applicable to the ordinary processes of nullity and restoration of the rightand direct reparationafter this type of process are assigned to tutor lawyer. Every week I visited the Administrative Courts of Circuit Bucaramanga and Santander Administrative Tribunalin order to do monitoring and control processes being carried out in that jurisdiction. With the consultations I did in the XXI Century Judicial system and visits mentioned above I found new information on the current status of processes, based on this information, Integral Control of Demands (ICD) software was implemented through new annotations. Finally, in the last month of practice development on an ongoing basis I fulfilled the formulated objectivein the proposal of the Social Legal Practice Identify the processes that have already finishedthis with a view to archive them.
