| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta el diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en el HOTEL SAN JUAN LTDA., fundamentado en los requisitos de la NTC-ISO 9001:2000, el cual contribuirá al fortalecimiento de la competitividad de la empresa en el mercado actual, mediante el establecimiento de estándares de calidad en sus procesos, para lograr la satisfacción de cliente y la conformidad en el servicio. El alcance del sistema de gestión de la calidad del HOTEL SAN JUAN LTDA. incluye la Prestación de Servicio de Alojamiento. Por medio de este trabajo, se realiza un diagnóstico para evaluar la situación actual de la empresa con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTCISO 9001:2000; se planea un programa de capacitación para sensibilizar al personal operativo y administrativo de la empresa; se diseña, documenta e implementa el sistema de gestión de la calidad para el Servicio de Alojamiento; se evalúa el sistema de gestión de la calidad por medio de la auditoría interna, para identificar las fortalezas y debilidades que permitan generar acciones correctivas, preventivas y/o de mejora; y finalmente, se programa la auditoría de otorgamiento con el ICONTEC, para certificar el sistema de gestión de la calidad del HOTEL SAN JUAN LTDA. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper is intended to show the design, documentation and evaluation of the quality management system in the HOTEL SAN JUAN LTDA., based on the quality requirements of the NTC-ISO 9001:2000, which will the company´s competitivity strengthen in the current marketing in order to stablish quality standards in its process, with the aim of achieving the customer´s fulfillment when dealing with the service. The scope to which extends the quality management system of the HOTEL SAN JUAN LTDA. provides the lodging service. Through this project a diagnosis is carried out to evaluate the company´s current situation with regard to the achievement of the requirements of the NTC-ISO 9001:2000; a training program is designed to aware the company´s staff; afterward the quality management system of the lodging service is designed, informed, and implemented; subsequently the quality management system is evaluated by means of an internal audit to identify the strength and weaknesses that put into action corrective and preventive measures; finally, the achievement audit with the ICONTEC is scheduled to certify the quality management system of the HOTEL SAN JUAN LTDA. | |
