| dc.description.abstract | La diferencia económica, temporal y técnica al ejecutor una construcción demanda alternativas para mejorar esta situación y este proyecto se presenta como una herramienta de control. La provincia soporta de sus dirigentes un manejo corrupto de dinero, tiempo y calidad destinado legalmente para mejorar sus condiciones de vida mediante el desarrollo de diferentes obras de construcción, por tanto este proyecto en manos de un ente justo y comprometido con su labor, hace cumplir el derecho ciudadano. El proyecto consiste en un software que calcula y organiza el costo propuesto para cada semana necesaria hasta terminar determinada obra civil según su diseño técnico junto a un análisis de precios unitarios basados en la experiencia, luego de iniciar la construcción relacionada gráficamente estos costos programados con los reales invertidos y tambien hacen una proyección del costo de la obra según el avance de sus actividades. Respecto a la obra construcción muro de cerramiento para el colegio Guanenta en la que se aplicó el programa, el costo presupuestado superó al real, el tiempo real a obra se extendió, el avance de obra reflejado en la proyección de costo estuvo por debajo que indica agilidad sin descuidar la calidad de la construcción por que se hizo supervisión constate. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The economical, Temporary and Technical. Difference while carrying construction out demands alternatives to improve this situation and this project is presented as a control tool. The province puts up with a computed manipulation of money, time and quality by its leaders, which should be posted legally to improve their life conditions through the development of different works of construction, because of that if the project is in charged of a fair institution completely compromised with its labour, it can fulfill the citizen’s right. The project consists of software that calculates and organizes the proposal cost for each necessary week until finishing a specific civil work according to its technical design togother with an analysis of single prices based on the experience, after begriming the construction it relates graphically these planned cots with the real invested ones, and also it develops a cost projection of the wart according to the advancement of the activities. With regard to the work “Construction Moro de cerramiento para el colegio Guanenta” in which the program was put to use, the real time of the work was longer than in the plan, the advancement of the work refluxed in the projection of cost was below the budget, what indicates agility taking into account the quality of the construction because there was constant supervision. | |
