dc.description.abstract	La práctica docente surge en la Universidad Industrial de Santander con el fin de fortalecer los tres componentes de todo estudiante: el ser, el saber y el hacer a través de la creación del Aula Virtual de Aprendizaje – Plataforma Educativa Tipo Moodle en conjunto con el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación TIC’s. Durante el desarrollo de la practica en la asignatura Derecho Procesal Civil II, se desarrollarán los tres componentes en conjunto haciendo énfasis en el ‘componente hacer’, primeramente, mediante el refuerzo de los presaberes adquiridos, y posteriormente a través de la elaboración y ejecución de talleres teórico-prácticos que posicionen al estudiante en el rol de abogado litigante y juez. Se profundizará y abarcarán los tres grandes tipos de procesos de la asignatura: Procesos Declarativos, Procesos Ejecutivos y Procesos Liquidatorios, con el fin de fortalecer la capacidad de los estudiantes a la hora de resolver los conflictos que se les plantean, haciendo uso de sus presaberes y de las herramientas, guías y ayudas tecnológicas proporcionadas
dc.description.abstractenglish	The teaching practice arises at the Industrial University of Santander in order to strengthen the three components of every student: being, knowing and doing through the creation of the Virtual Learning Classroom – Moodle Type Educational Platform in conjunction with the use of Information and Communication Technologies ICT's. During the development of the practice in the subject Civil Procedural Law II, the three components will be developed together, emphasizing the 'doing component', first, through the reinforcement of the acquired knowledge, and subsequently through the elaboration and execution of theoretical-practical workshops that position the student in the role of trial lawyer and judge. The three main types of processes of the subject will be deepened and covered: Declarative Processes, Executive Processes and Liquidation Processes, in order to strengthen the capacity of students when it comes to resolving the conflicts that arise, making use of their pre-knowledge and the tools, guides and technological aids provided
