| dc.description.abstract | El estudio demostró que existen en San Alberto, condiciones idóneas para el montaje de una empresa que industrialice la leche de vaca y que genere alternativas diferentes y propias de progreso regional aprovechando los recursos producidos en la misma zona convirtiéndolos en productos finales que al ser consumidos por sus habitantes generen sentido de pertenencia y economía pues deberán producirse a menores costos que los mismos traídos de otras regiones. La demanda total diaria es de 2426 litros de leche, la oferta es de 30600 litros diarios de leche cruda, y se comenzará produciendo 500 litros diarios de leche pasteurizada. Se instaló una planta que pasteurice 500 litros diarios en un solo proceso lento y discontinuo, pero con posibilidades de llegar en un lapso de 5 años a procesar 3.500 litros diarios para obtener su mejor rentabilidad al utilizar toda su capacidad. Su ubicación será en el perímetro urbano del corregimiento del Líbano sobre la carretera troncal costera del magdalena medio el sector occidental a 10 kilómetros de la cabecera municipal por encontrarse en condiciones de economía de inversión y de funcionamiento atractivo | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The study demonstrated that they exist in San Alberto, suitable conditions for the assembly of a company that industrializes the cow milk and that generates alternatives different and own of regional progress taking advantage of the resources produced in the same zone turning them end items that to the being consumed by their inhabitants generate sense of property and economy because they will have to take place to smaller costs than such brought of other regions. The daily total demand is of 2426 liters of milk, the supply is of 30600 liters daily of crude milk, and it will be begun producing 500 liters daily of pasteurizada milk. A plant settled that pasteurice 500 liters daily in a single slow and discontinuous process, but with possibilities of getting in a lapse of 5 years to process 3,500 liters daily to obtain its better yield when using all its capacity.
