dc.description.abstract	La organización del tiempo de los maestros, es hoy un factor determinante para garantizar una educación de calidad; el mundo globalizado exige docentes no solo capacitados sino reflexivos frente a la labor que desempeñan; la calidad de su vida y la calidad de la educación dependen del modo en que ellos distribuyen su tiempo, es por esto que determinar la influencia de la organización del tiempo de los maestros en su calidad de vida y calidad de la educación configura un interesante tópico investigativo indispensable y necesario para modernizar los sistemas escolares, la administración de los mismos, en donde sus currículos, los métodos y las estrategias incluyan nuevas posibilidades que permitan afrontar los retos del mundo cambiante. Esta propuesta se desarrolló a través de un proceso de investigación cualitativa de diseño etnográfico con la participación de maestros de varias instituciones escolares de la ciudad de Bucaramanga; se orientó alrededor de las siguientes preguntas: ¿De qué manera la organización del tiempo laboral de los maestros favorece su calidad de vida y calidad de la educación?, ¿De qué manera la organización del tiempo del maestro desde las políticas, reglamentos y horarios favorece su calidad de vida y la calidad de la educación? y finalmente ¿De qué manera la organización del tiempo escolar favorece que el maestro se pueda formar permanentemente? . Finalmente, se concluyó que uno de los problemas claves para la calidad de vida del maestro y calidad de la educación es la organización del tiempo, ello ha generado como consecuencia entre otros factores, malestar en los docentes causado por extensos horarios laborales que a su vez se convierten en riesgos para su salud y buen desempeño profesional, limitando sus posibilidades de actualización y formación permanente y mejoramiento de su calidad de vida personal, familiar y social 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	The organization of the time of the teachers, is today a determining factor to guarantee an education of quality; enabled but reflective the globelizado world demands educational not single front to the work that carries out; the quality of their life and the quality of the education depend on the way in which they distribute their time, is by which to determine the influence of the organization of the time of the teachers in its quality of life and quality of the education forms an interesting investigative topic indispensable and necessary to modernize the scholastic systems, the administration of such, in where their curricula, the methods and the strategies include new possibilities that allow to confront the challenges of the changing world. This proposal was developed through a process of qualitative investigation of ethnographic design with the participation of teachers of several scholastic institutions of the city of Bucaramanga; it was oriented around the following questions: How the organization of the labor time of the teachers favors her quality of life and quality of the education, How the organization of the time of the teacher from the policies, regulations and schedules favors her quality of life and the quality of the education? And finally How the organization of the scholastic time favors that the teacher can be formed permanently? Finally, it concluded that one of the key problems for the quality of life of the teacher and quality of the education she is the organization of the time, has generated like consequence among other factors, malaise in the educational ones caused by extensive labor schedules that as well become risks for their health and good professional performance, limiting their possibilities of update and permanent formation and improvement of their quality of personal family and social life. 4
