dc.description.abstract	En el municipio de San Juan del Cesar se ha dado un crecimiento importante de la población en los últimos años, siendo un número importante aquella población ubicada en los barrios subnormales, estos asentamientos suelen ser de personas de escasos recursos que se instalan en predios a manera de invasión, sin contar con servicios públicos ni otras facilidades urbanas. Este es el caso del barrio Juan Bautista Forero que cuenta con un aproximado de 642 habitantes de los cuales el 81% por falta de recursos se ven en la necesidad de obtener energía eléctrica de forma ilegal o no cuentan con una acometida y sistema de medición convencional, por tanto, se ven forzados a improvisar estructuras y redes de distribución, estas estructuras son altamente peligrosas para toda la comunidad. Por lo anterior, se propone este trabajo de grado para contribuir a la solución de esta problemática, desarrollando el diseño de una red de distribución de energía eléctrica para normalizar la instalación a nivel de media y baja tensión. El diseño de esta red se ajustará al contexto socioeconómico del barrio y la reglamentación vigente.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the municipality of San Juan del Cesar there has been a significant growth of the population in recent years, a significant number being that population located in subnormal neighborhoods, these settlements are usually made up of people with limited resources who settle on properties as invasion, without public services or other urban facilities. This is the case of the Juan Bautista Forero neighborhood, which has approximately 642 inhabitants, of which 81%, due to lack of resources, need to obtain electricity illegally or do not have a conventional connection and metering system. Therefore, they are forced to improvise structures and distribution networks, these structures are highly dangerous for the entire community. Therefore, this degree work is proposed to contribute to the solution of this problem, developing the design of an electric power distribution network to normalize the installation at the medium and low voltage level. The design of this network will be adjusted to the socioeconomic context of the neighborhood and current regulations.
