| dc.description.abstract | Se trata de una acción social promovida desde la práctica académica de Trabajo Social en el Observatorio Regional para el Desarrollo Humano Sostenible de Santander-ORDHS, proyecto de la Universidad Industrial de Santander- UIS, coordinado por la Dirección General de Regionalización. Esta experiencia, responde a la necesidad institucional de aprovechar y potenciar las capacidades de personas que viven en las Provincias para que éstas se interesen en asumir un papel activo en los procesos de desarrollo económico, social, político, institucional, cultural y sobre todo humano, en sus territorios. En este sentido, propone que las personas aprendan a pensar y a hacer su mundo científicamente. Asumiendo que estas acciones deben promoverse desde los procesos educativos, la propuesta se desarrolló en la Escuela Superior de Oiba -ENSO, el Colegio Avelina Moreno ŒCOAM, el Colegio Inmaculada de palmas del Socorro ŒCIPS y en la sede UIS Socorro, instituciones educativas ubicadas en la Provincia Comunera de Santander; el objetivo principal de esta iniciativa fue incentivar el espíritu científico y promover el desarrollo de actitudes investigativas en docentes y estudiantes. Se llevó a cabo, mediante el conocimiento sistemático de las características institucionales que promueven o limitan la actividad investigativa y el espíritu científico, y la implementación de estrategias y acciones creativas e innovadoras. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | It deals with a social action promoted from Trabajo Social Academic Practice in the Observatorio Regional para el Desarrollo Humano Sostenible de Santander -ORDHS-; it is a Universidad Industrial de Santander project coordinated by the Regionalization General Management. This experience answer to institutional necessity to take advantage and power people capacities that living in the provinces to interest them in to assume an active role in economics, socials, politics, institutional, cultural, and specially human development processes in their territories. In this way, it proposes that people learn to think and make their world in scientific way. Being aware of this actions have to promote from the educative processes, the proposal was developed in the Escuela Superior de Oiba -ENSO The Avelina Moreno School -COAM-, The Inmaculada de Palmas del Socorro School -CIPS and, in the UIS Socorro section, educative institutions located in Santander Comunera province. The main objective of this initiative was incentive the scientific spirit and promotes the development of investigative attitudes in teachers and students. It carried out through a systematic knowledge of the institutional characteristics that promote or limit the investigative activity and the scientific spirit and development of creative and innovated strategies and actions. | |
