dc.description.abstract	La Gobernación de Santander participa en la elaboración de los planes y programas nacionales de desarrollo económico, social, cultural y de obras públicas; a su vez coordinar la ejecución de los mismos. Cumpliendo sus funciones y servicios nacionales, coordinando su cumplimiento y la prestación de este servicio, en las condiciones que prevean las delegaciones que reciban y los contratos o convenios que para el efecto celebren buscando promover y ejecutar, en cumplimiento de los respectivos planes y programas nacionales y departamentales respecto a sus actividades económicas, culturales y sociales teniendo como factor determinante que interesen a su desarrollo y al bienestar de los habitantes santandereanos. En este documento se describen las actividades realizadas en un periodo de cuatro meses en la Secretaria de Infraestructura perteneciente a la Gobernación de Santander, ubicado en Bucaramanga (Santander), ejecutando diferentes tareas correspondientes a la supervisión de contratos de obra, soporte en la ejecución, seguimiento y control del Banco de Maquinaria del Departamento. De igual forma, la participación en la actualización y estructuración de proyectos apoyando el desarrollo y crecimiento de la comunidad Santandereana, además contiene información de los informes elaborados a la secretaria de infraestructura y la matriz de información de la ejecución de los contratos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Governor of Santander participates in the elaboration of the national plans and programs of economic, social, cultural and public works development; In turn coordinate the execution of the same. Fulfilling their national functions and services, coordinating their fulfillment and the provision of this service, under the conditions provided for by the delegations they receive and the contracts or agreements concluded for that purpose in order to promote and execute, in compliance with the respective national plans and programs And departmental with respect to their economic, cultural and social activities, having as determining factor that they are interested in their development and the well-being of the inhabitants Santandereanos. This document describes the activities carried out over a period of four months in the Infrastructure Secretariat belonging to the Governor of Santander, located in Bucaramanga (Santander), carrying out different tasks related to the supervision of construction contracts, support in the execution, Monitoring and control of the Machinery Bank of the Department. Likewise, participation in the updating and structuring of projects supporting the development and growth of the Santandereana community, also contains information from the reports prepared to the infrastructure secretary and the information matrix of the execution of the contracts.
