dc.description.abstract	Este documento presenta la información de las actividades ejecutadas durante la practica empresarial como modalidad trabajo de grado, labores realizadas como auxiliar de ingeniería con el objetivo principal de brindar apoyo en la supervisión de obras públicas asignadas a la oficina de parques y escenarios deportivos de la secretaria de infraestructura del municipio de Bucaramanga. Brindando apoyo a todos los procedimientos necesarios para la ejecución de estos contratos, procesos que se especifican en los objetivos específicos del anteproyecto, que fueron requeridos por la Alcaldía del municipio de Bucaramanga. Las actividades desarrolladas para el cumplimiento de la practica empresarial se realizaron bajo la supervisión del subsecretario de infraestructura, tutor de la practica empresarial, y su equipo de apoyo a la supervisión conformado por servidores públicos cuyos enfoques permitieron que se cumpliera con los objetivos propuestos. La información suministrada, así como las labores ejecutadas corresponden a un periodo de cuatro (4) meses, tiempo estipulado por la Universidad Industrial de Santander para la práctica empresarial, donde se presentaron avances mensuales de las actividades y se evidenció el desempeño en cada mes, el enfoque de la practica empresarial propuesto por la alcaldía de Bucaramanga promueve la aplicación de nuevos conceptos en el campo educativo ya que aborda el ámbito técnico y administrativo que permite un espacio idóneo para la formación académica y crecimiento laboral.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document presents information on the activities carried out during the business practice as a degree work modality, work carried out as an engineering assistant with the main objective of providing support in the supervision of public works assigned to the park’s office and sports venues of the secretariat infrastructure of the municipality of Bucaramanga. Providing support to all the procedures necessary for the execution of these contracts, processes that are specified in the specific objectives of the preliminary project, which were required by the Mayor's Office of the municipality of Bucaramanga. The activities developed to comply with business practice were carried out under the supervision of the undersecretary of infrastructure, tutor of business practice, and his supervision support team made up of public servants whose approaches allowed the proposed objectives to be met. The information provided, as well as the tasks carried out, correspond to a period of four (4) months, a time stipulated by the Industrial University of Santander for business practice, where monthly progress of the activities is presented and the performance in each month is evident. The approach to business practice proposed by the Bucaramanga mayor's office promotes the application of new concepts in the educational field since it addresses the technical and administrative field that allows an ideal space for academic training and job growth.
