| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto es generar una estrategia para aumentar la producción en la Empresa Frutas Potosí Ltda., institucionalizando una filosofía, desde la concientización de la importancia de un plan de mantenimiento, pasando por una recopilación de datos de todos los equipos hasta diseñar un sistema de información que permita procesar y programar los datos y actividades relacionados con el Mantenimiento. El proyecto comprendió las siguientes etapas: Un estudio de las principales líneas de producción de la empresa y su estructura organizacional. Se realizó un inventario de equipos y ficha técnica; a partir de esto, se buscó información especifica acerca de los equipos; información del fabricante y los estándares de repuesto; se estableció un marco teórico sobre el Mantenimiento Correctivo y Autónomo y los pasos para implementar un plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo; luego, se realizó la codificación de equipos así como el análisis de criticidad. Con base en este criterio se diseñó el programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo para equipos críticos y Mantenimiento Correctivo para equipos de criticidad media y baja, apoyado por un plan de Mantenimiento Autónomo para todos los equipos que complemente la gestión de Mantenimiento. Posteriormente se describió el proceso de diseño del sistema de información, destacando su importancia, sus principales componentes, su estructuración, definición de entradas y salidas y diseño de los formularios. Por último se recomienda a la Empresa Frutas Potosí Ltda. la creación del Departamento de Mantenimiento explicando como debería estar estructurada la organización, las funciones especificas del personal y su infraestructura. El resultado es un Sistema de Información de fácil manejo, que permite hacer una eficiente gestión de mantenimiento, al facilitar el manejo y diligenciamiento de la documentación, mostrar informes sobre equipos como Fichas Técnicas y Hojas de Vida, repuestos y proveedores, y a su vez generar reportes claros y oportunos sobre las actividades de Mantenimiento. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project is to generate a strategy to increase the production at Potosi Fruits Company Ltda, institutionalizing a philosophy, since the awareness of the maintenance plan importance, going through a data summary of all the equipment to the design an information system that enables Scheduled activities related maintenance. The project comprised the following steps: A study of the main lines production of the company and its organizational structure. It made an inventory of equipment and techniques references; from this, look for specific information about the equipment, the manufacturer and the standards of spare part. A theoretical frame settled down on the Corrective Maintenance and Self and the steps to implement a plan for Preventive Maintenance; then, It made an codification of the equipment and an analysis of Criticality. Based on this criterion was designed program Preventive Maintenance for critical equipment and Corrective Maintenance for equipment of medium criticality, supported by an self-maintenance plan for all equipments to complement the management of maintenance. Later it described the process of designing the information system, its importance, objectives, their main components, its structuring and design of the forms. Finally it is recommended to the Company Fruit Potosi Ltda. the creation of the Department of Maintenance explaining how the organization should be structured, the functions of specific personnel and infrastructure. The result is an easy handling information system, who allows to make an efficient management of maintenance, when facilitating the handling and proceeding of documentation, reports show equipment like techniques references, parts and suppliers, and in turn, generate clear and timely reports on the activities of Maintenance. | |
