dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de este trabajo surge a partir de la introducción la cual nos da a entender la estructura y organización del Estado Colombiano, su funcionamiento, los derechos y los deberes de este; que se ven reflejados en la efectiva respuesta a las solicitudes y / o requerimientos realizados por la comunidad, y la importancia de aquellas organizaciones comunales y sociales existentes en el territorio; debido a esto, nos centramos en temas de gran importancia como el desarrollo comunitario, justicia municipal y proyección de actos administrativos para mantener el orden público del municipio. Es así como damos un recorrido por los conceptos claves y normas jurídicas aplicables para el desarrollo y alcance de los objetivos propuestos a lo largo de la práctica, mostrando las actividades realizadas mes a mes con las cuales se logró aportar celeridad a los procesos que están a cargo de la Secretaría de Gobierno Municipal, así como mejorar la calidad en la atención a los trámites y servicios solicitados por la comunidad del municipio de San Andrés – Santander, de las entidades departamentales y nacionales. Por último, se observaron los hallazgos y se realizan algunas recomendaciones para que la Entidad las tome y las ponga en práctica para que realice sus trámites conforme a los principios de la Administración Pública, siendo estos la celeridad, economía, eficacia, eficiencia, transparencia y publicidad con el fin de brindar una buena atención a la comunidad y a cualquier Entidad que lo requiera.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of this work arises / comes from the introduction wich allows us to undestand the structure and organization of the Colombian State, its operation, its rights and duties; which are reflected in the effective response to the requests and / or requirements made by the comunity, and the importance of the communal and social organizations existing in the territory; Due to this, we focus on issues of great importance such as community, development, municipal justice and projection of administrative acts to maintain public order in the municipality. This is a walkthrough of the key concepts and aplicable legal regulations for the development and scope of the objectives proposed throughout the practice, showing the activities carried out month by month that speeded the processes that Municipal Government Secretariat were in charge of, as well as improving the quality of attention to the procedures and services requested by the community of the municipality of the San Andrés – Santander, of the departmentan and national entities. Finally, the findings were observed and some recommendattions were given so that the Entity can cake them and put them into practice so that it can carry out its procedures in accordance with the principles of Public Administration, which are haste, economy, effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and advertising in order to provide Good service to the community and any Entity thar requieres it.
