dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar, desarrollar e implementar en la empresa IINDUSTRIAS TANUZI S.A., una herramienta que permita la planificar y controlar el proceso de fabricación haciendo a este más eficaz y eficiente, dando un aporte tecnológico a la empresa para que esta pueda tener acceso fácil, rápido y confiable a la información, lo cual en esta década es garantía de crecimiento empresarial. Como primera actividad en la creación del software se realizo un reconocimiento de la empresa, una familiarización con el proceso de producción actual de esta, se identificaron las falencias existentes en dicho proceso, se recopilo información de formatos, lineamientos y procesos, se realizó un inventario de las maquinas, operarios, puestos, materia prima, productos y clientes, se realizaron propuestas de mejora al proceso de planeación y se incluyó el proceso de control de la producción, se modificaron y eliminaron formatos confusos e innecesarios y, se realizaron procedimientos de las diferentes líneas de fabricación de la empresa. Como resultado se obtuvo a P&C Tanuzi, un software hecho a medida que satisface las necesidades de INDUSTRIAS TANUZI S.A., de interfaz amigable y de sencillo manejo, acorde con los elementos de hardware existentes y que garantiza la disminución de tiempos improductivos en la empresa y un desarrollo eficiente y confiable de la producción.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The goal of this project is to design, develop and implement TANUZI INDUSTRIES S.A. Company of a tool capable to plan and control the fabrication process, making this more efficient and competent, giving a technological contribution to the company for it to be easy, fast and reliable information, which in this decade is guarantee business growth. As first activity of the software creation, we made a company recognition and acknowledgement with the actual production process of the company, identifying the existing shortcomings in this process, collecting information of formats, guidelines and processes, identifying the current bankruptcies in the process that was mentioned before, making an inventory of machines, operators, positions, raw material, products and clients, suggesting some improvements to the planning process and including the control of the production process, modifying and removing confused and unnecessary forms, and making methods of the different production lines of the company. As result we obtained P&C TANUZI Software, a tailor made software, that satisfy the necessities of TANUZI INDUSTRIES S.A., with a nice interface and simple operation, agree with the element of the current hardware. It does guarantee the unproductive times decrease in the company and an efficient and trustworthy development of the production.
