dc.description.abstract	Durante muchos años la crianza de menores de edad ha sido responsabilidad de los padres, es por eso que cuando se observa a un niño con comportamientos no acordes con la sociedad o que poseen traumas emocionales y a su vez problemas de conducta, son sus padres en ser los primeros señalados porque como se dice coloquialmente “La educación viene de casa”, sumado a esto hoy en día en la gran mayoría de familias los dos adultos trabajan y es acá donde surgen algunos de los acontecimientos mencionados, ya que se acorta el tiempo que pueden compartir con sus hijos. Pocas familias tienen el apoyo de alguien que los ayude con la educación o a su vez se haga cargo de ellos velando por su seguridad y su pleno desarrollo día a día; es acá donde el apoyo de una niñera es de gran utilidad, solo hay que recordar que la formación no recae solo en ella, sino que los padres juegan el papel más importante en la vida de sus hijos. Sin embargo, la confianza en una niñera genera dudas debido a que no se conoce el tipo de persona que va a llegar a formar parte de la educación de los niños sea la más adecuada; el cuidado de menores acarrea una gran responsabilidad, además la persona elegida debe tener empatía con ellos y sobre todo mucho cariño, seguridad y dedicación para transmitirles. Es acá donde surge la necesidad de una herramienta tecnológica que facilite encontrar una persona que se ajuste a las necesidades que su menor requiere, para esto se desarrolló un aplicativo móvil que funciona en la zona metropolitana de Bucaramanga (Bucaramanga, Floridablanca, Girón y Piedecuesta) la cual cuenta con niñeras verificadas que conforman la app móvil.

Few families have the support of someone who helps them with education or who is in charge of them watching over the acts that their infants do day by day; It is here where the support of a nanny is very useful, just remember that the training does not fall on her alone, but that parents play the most important role in the lives of their children. However, the trust of parents in a babysitter raises doubts because they do not know if the type of person who will become part of their children's education is the right one; The care of minors carries a great responsibility, in addition to the fact that the subject must have empathy with them and above all much love and security to transmit to them. This is where the need arises for a technological tool that facilitates parents to find that person who fits the needs that their minor requires, for this we developed a mobile application that works in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga (Bucaramanga, Floridablanca, Girón and Piedecuesta) which has verified profiles of the nanny that make up the mobile app where they run a series of filters and decide whether or not they can become part of the life of a family and it is the parents who decide what type of service they require at the time
