| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar, documentar e implementar el sistema de gestión de la calidad de acuerdo con los requisitos de la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2000 en los servicios de construcción de obras civiles y de urbanismo publicas y privadas que incluyen construcción de estructuras en concreto y metálicas, ampliaciones, remodelaciones, adecuaciones en la empresa JL AGUDELO CONSTRUCCIONES S.A. hasta la solicitud de la auditoria y respuesta a tal solicitud por parte del organismo certificador. Inicialmente se hace una recopilación teórica de todos los conceptos y requisitos necesarios que deben componer un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad según la NTC ISO 9001:2000. Seguido a esto se procede a planificar el sistema, definiéndose los recursos necesarios y estableciéndose la política y objetivos de calidad. Posteriormente se inicia la documentación, definiéndose los procedimientos y registros pertinentes debidamente aprobados. Luego se da paso a su implementación, evidenciándose en cada proceso los controles y registros. Luego se procedió a realizar el seguimiento y la medición en cada uno de los procesos, mediante el uso de indicadores y algunas herramientas estadísticas para su análisis. Finalmente, se realizó la auditoria interna y se definieron las acciones. Por medio de este trabajo se evaluó la situación actual de la empresa con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000. Se sensibilizó y capacitó a todo el personal tanto operativo como administrativo. Se diseñó, documentó e implementó el sistema de gestión de la calidad para los servicios de construcción de obras civiles públicas y privadas. Se evaluó el sistema de gestión de la calidad por medio de auditorias internas para así identificar las fortalezas y debilidades que permitan generar acciones de mejora, con el fin de solicitar la auditoria de certificación para JL AGUDELO CONSTRUCCIONES S.A. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project is to design, document and implement an administration of quality system with the requirements of the format NTC-ISO 9001:2000 in the services of construction of civil works and public and private urbanism that include construction of concrete and metallic structures, amplification, remodeling, and adaptations at the company JL AGUDELO CONSTRUCCIONES S.A. until the request and audit response is received from the certifying organism. Firstly, there is a theoretical summary of all the concepts and necessary requirements that an Administration of the Quality System should be made of, according to the NTC ISO 9001:2000. Then, there is a plan of the system, which defines the necessary resources and settles down the politics and objectives of quality. Later on, the documentation begins, the procedures are defined according to pertinent and properly approved registrations. When the documentation is complete, it is open the way to its implementation, being evidenced in each process the controls and taken registrations. Next, the processes are monitored and measured, by means of the use of indicators and some statistical tools for their analysis. Finally, an internal audit is carried out and the actions to be taken are defined based on the discoveries. Through this work the current situation of the company was evaluated with regard to the accomplishment of the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2000. The whole personnel was sensitized and trained, the operative and the administrative ones. An administration of quality system was documented and implemented for the services of construction of public and private civil works.
