| dc.description.abstract | Este Documento contiene el diseño, documentación e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de la empresa FÁBRICA ITALOCOLOMBIANA DE BATERÍAS FAICO Ltda., el cual está fundamentado en el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2000 en todos sus procesos, en busca de una mayor eficiencia y productividad en la fabricación y comercialización de baterías tipo plomo – ácido para vehículos en general. El desarrollo de la propuesta se estructura así: En primer lugar, se realizó una contextualización que contempla algunos referentes teóricos sobre calidad, los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad y específicamente sobre la norma ISO 9001:2000, en la cual esta fundamentado este proyecto, también se hace una presentación de la empresa. En segundo lugar se procedió a la planificación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, planteando como base un diagnóstico de la empresa con respecto a la norma ISO 9001:2000, luego se estableció la política y los objetivos de la calidad, así como un representante de la dirección. Seguido este paso se inició la documentación por medio de los procedimientos, instructivos, formatos y el manual de la calidad de la organización, todos estos pasos acompañados de su respectiva sensibilización y capacitación. Finalizada la documentación se dio inicio a la implementación, es decir la puesta en práctica de todos los documentos planificados. En esta etapa se llenaron los formatos exigidos por el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Posteriormente se realizó la auditoría interna de calidad y se establecieron las acciones correctivas y preventivas, para dar solución a los hallazgos encontrados, y por ultimo se realizó la revisión por la dirección para evaluar la eficacia del sistema implementado, una vez verificado que el sistema se encontraba totalmente implementado se procedió a solicitar la auditoría de certificación, ante un ente certificador acreditado. Al final del libro se presentan los aportes del programa de Ingeniería Industrial al proyecto realizado, las conclusiones y recomendaciones logradas a partir de su realización. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Document contains the design, documentation and implementation of the System of Management of the Quality of the company FABRIC ITALOCOLOMBIANA OF BATTERIES FAICO LTDA., which this one based on the fulfillment of the requirements of the ISO norm 9001:2000 in all its processes, in search of a major efficiency and productivity in the manufacture and marketing battery type lead - acid for vehicles in general. The project development was carried out this way: Firstly, a contextualization stage was fulfilled by regarding some aspects related to a Business Management Quality System, specifically those in accordance with regulation NTC-ISO 9001:2000 which was the foundation for this project. Secondly, the planning stage of such a quality System dealing with a diagnosis of the company as established by regulations of NTCISO 9001:2000. Then, both quality policy and objectives were set up as well as the work team and a management representative. Thirdly, the documentation stage began through the completion of procedures, instructions booklets, forms and the quality manual, all these steps accompanied of this respective sensitization and training. When the documentation was complete, the implementation stage of the project was executed. The forms required by the Quality Management System were filled out during the last stage. Later the internal audit of quality was realized and there were established the corrective and preventive actions, to give solution to the opposing finds, and finally the review was realized by the direction to evaluate the efficiency of the implemented system, once checked that the system was totally implemented one proceeded to request the audit of certification, before an entity accredited attestor. At the end of the book they present the contributions of Industrial Engineering program to the realized project, the conclusions and recommendations achieved from it´s accomplishment. | |
