dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores que inciden en la perdurabilidad de las microempresas del sector servicio en Bucaramanga. A través del contenido del mismo se evidencia las diferentes apreciaciones de algunos estudiosos del tema sobre los factores que inciden para que una empresa perdure o no en el tiempo. Es una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, de una población total de 1217 microempresas del sector servicio de Bucaramanga se trabajó con una muestra de 292, grupo muestral determinado por muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple con un margen de error de 5 % y nivel de confianza de 95%. Se diseñó el instrumento para la recolección de datos, a través de un cuestionario de 13 preguntas. Con la encuesta fue posible identificar los diferentes factores que los empresarios consideran los han llevado a perdurar o no en el tiempo, fortalezas o debilidades. Las respuestas obtenidas en la encuesta aplicada y la investigación teórica realizada en las fuentes secundarias, fueron el insumo para realizar una discusión de resultados, de la cual fue posible destacar unas reflexiones, extraer unas conclusiones y plantear unas recomendaciones dirigidas a los diferentes entes que intervienen y a los empresarios o personas que estén pensando en crear empresa. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of the current study is to identify different factors that contribute to the perdurability of the microenterprises services sector in Bucaramanga The study finds the different factors which affects micro-enterprises durability according the sources consulted This research was done using quantitative methodology, of a total population of 1217 with a sample of 292 businessmen in the sector service in Bucaramanga, group determined by a simple random probability sampling with a margin of error of 5% and confidence level of 95% using the technique of the interview with a questionnaire of 13 questions. With the investigation was identify the different factors that businessman consider that led to last or not at the time, their strengths or weaknesses. The answers obtained in the survey applied and theoretical research in secondary sources, they were the input for a discussion of results, which some reflections were obtained, conclusions and raise recommendations to the different entities involved and businessman or people who are thinking of creating company.2
