dc.description.abstract	El contenido de este libro hace referencia a un estudio investigativo de los dispositivos GPS más usados en el monitoreo de deflexiones de una estructura teniendo en cuanta el factor precisión que si bien es cierto es el punto más importante a la hora de desarrollar un trabajo en el que se va a involucrar medidas milimétricas y centimétricas; en estos dispositivos podemos encontrar sensores, antenas, radio modem y estaciones totales. También se expone como es el funcionamiento satelital de todo un sistema de rastreo desde que se emite la señal hasta que obtiene el resultado; se hace un énfasis en el sistema de monitoreo de un puente teniendo en cuenta sus condiciones geográficas y estructurales, se muestran dos alternativas en las que se emplean dispositivos y obtención de datos diferentes; lo ideal es poder dar a conocer cuál de estas alternativas es la más viable económicamente y cual la más precisa. Se expone como es el funcionamiento y procedimiento de medición de una serie de dispositivos que permite conocer el estado que se encuentra la estructura, donde se propone una serie de arquitecturas de su funcionamiento. El proveedor propone diferentes puntos donde se instalaran los dispositivos necesarios para obtener y resolver los datos durante el proceso de monitoreo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The contents of this book refers to a study research of GPS devices used in monitoring deflections of a structure considering the precisión factor although it is the most important point when developing a job where we have to use millimeter and centimeter measures, in these devices can find sensors, antennas, radio modem and total stations. Also on display as the workings of an entire satellite tracking system since the signal is emitted until it gets the result, we really emphasize about monitoring system of a bridge considering its geographical and structural conditions, there are two alternatives which used data collection devices and different, ideally to make known which of these alternatives is the most economically viable and what the most accurate. It is showed the operation and measurement procedure a number of devices which allows to know the state of the structure, where is propose a series of architectures operation. The provider propouse different points where necessary devices were installed to obtain and resolve data during the monitoring process.
