dc.description.abstract	El objeto de este proyecto es el estudio de la protección en casos de accidente que ofrece las carrocerías de los vehículos modernos de pasajeros, y esta es la carrocería autoportante, conocer y describir los sistemas de seguridad que nos ofrecen los vehículos con este tipo de carrocería, y de igual importancia recopilar las posibles técnicas de reparación y de sustitución de estos componentes tan fundamentales del automóvil, el desarrollo de esta información será plasmada en una manual multimedia que permita un fácil acceso y un manejo interactivo por medio de herramientas web utilizando la filosofía de un sitio. El diseñó del manual y su contenido se hizo en base a investigaciones realizadas con autores calificados en el ámbito de la reparación de carrocerías y aseguradoras. El resultado es un manual multimedia de fácil acceso que permite al usuario solucionar dudas y conocer más técnicas de reparación de carrocerías, como también la seguridad que nos brindan estos vehículos de última generación y además un análisis de como Colombia se presenta a nivel internacional en el escenario de la accidentalidad vial. Estas características hacen que el manual multimedia sea una herramienta muy útil tanto para estudiantes, técnicos y profesionales de esta área, ya que muestra de una manera sencilla y especifica cada uno de los procedimientos de reparación de carrocerías, facilitando más tiempo para el análisis y comprensión de causas y posibles soluciones para su pronta reparación.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The object of this project is the study of the protection in cases of accident that offers the bodies of the modern vehicles of passengers, and this is the autoportante body, to know and to describe the security systems that offer the vehicles to us with this type of body, and equal importance of compiling the possible techniques of repair and substitution of these so fundamental components of the automobile, the development of this information will be shaped in a multimedia manual that allows to a easy access and an interactive handling by means of tools Web using the philosophy of a site. The content and design manual its, became on the basis of investigations made with described authors in the scope of the repair of bodies and insuring companies. The result is a manual multimedia readily accessible that allows the user to solve doubts and to know more techniques repair of bodies, in addition, the security that offer these vehicles of last generation, also includes an analysis of Colombia and their international image in the scene of the index of road accidents. These characteristics allow to the manual multimedia to be a very useful tool for students, technicians and professionals of this area, cause it shows of a simple way and it specifies each one of the procedures of repair of bodies, facilitating more time for the analysis and understanding of causes and possible solutions for quick repair.
